I received Vinotemp 141 Bottle Single Zone Label View Wine Cellar - EL-168COMM on 9/2019, which I ordered from Costco. It had small dent on the side, but it was minor, and decided to keep it; However, it was missing the hardware (screws, washers, etc.), that is needed to install the handle to the door, thus I called Vinitemp, and also created ticket to receive missing screws. However, although it's been over 1 month, they have not sent me the missing parts nor responded to my multiple requests via their support ticket system, except keep on sending me the same message that they "received my request," nor returning my call message to their voice mail system. I am about to return the unit to Costco. It's shame that Vinotemp would not send me simply the missing screws to install the handle to the door. It should be very simple customer service to send the missing parts that was not included in the product.

"Nice wine cellar, warranty, not so much"
Not really impressed with their warranty (I have to pay to ship a 300 pound device to them?), but the unit is running great. My wine is safe! Fortunately, I bought it through Costco, and know they will take care of it.

"Love the look and design of the fridge…"
Love the look and design of the fridge but it arrived with an extremely noisy motor. So much so that we need to switch it off at night just to sleep. It can be heard across the house when the motor runs. I’ve been in contact with Vinotemp and they are shipping a new motor/fan that hopefully will fix the problem. If not, I will be returning the fridge. It’s also taken weeks to try and get this repaired. I hope the new motor install will be quick once the part arrives next week!

"It was missing two of the adjustable…"
It was missing two of the adjustable feet. This ended up being a real hassle. I really hate products made in China. Your product is made in China. Your support never answered. I called it 4 times.
I had another Vinotemp that went bad after 8 years. Called before and Richard help. Changed everything, compressor, board (3x) and never could get it to work. So I ordered this new one which was like the old one. I guess I like abusing myself but I needed something to fit in the hole in the cabinets. After several days I just had an idea to take the legs (bolts) off the old one and put on the new one. They were the same. We'll see how long this new one lasts but so far so good.

"Vinotemp is a terrible company!"
Vinotemp is a terrible company!! Don't buy their products. I have had three wine cabinets, 2 designer series built in wine coolers, and two beverage coolers. All have failed just outside of the warranty period which is a short 1-year. Additionally, customer service is deplorable - forget trying to get your phone call returned. With each issue I had with products, I had to call close to 10-15 times to get resolution. No one answers or returned calls!

"Customer service horrible!"
Customer service horrible!! The worst warranty I have ever seen for an item!! Customer service tells you that your cooler must be sent to LA for service and tell you you must figure out a way to take of your 2000 bottles of wine while your item is being serviced!! They provided me with service reps in my area SF Bay Area for the service!! I advised them I would send them the invoice they told me to cancel the service call that it be sent to them!! The service then sent me an email that he would work it out!! Never heard from him again!! I contacted Home Depot to advise them of the product they are selling!!!! It was 100 degrees here at the time!!!

After it arrived and was installed, our replacement refrigeration unit appears to be working well. Be aware that there may be a delay between when the order is received and the unit is delivered.

Very poor customer support. Many phone calls not answered. NO follow up at all when problems are mentioned.

"Best of the Best - That;s Vinotemp"
I purchased a 380+ bottle wine cooler nearly 4 years ago and had a minor issue. I called Vinotemp and Richard responded quickly to identify and provide a solution. The cooler was still under warranty and he had the part in the mail the next day and at no-cost. In all my years, i have never had better customer service then what Vinotemp provided. They are the best-of-the best. Thanks. Bill
