"Looks good, a bit noisy..."

I've only had this 300 bottle wine fridge for about 3 wweksand so far so good . initially had a problemwitn the lower zone not attaining a temp below 62 degrees, contacted customer support and they recommended that I put both zones at the lowest temp and move the temps up to the desired temp. Also was told that the unit isn't designed to hold both zones at the same temp but is designed to have about a 10 degree variance between zones. That info would have been nice to have before purchase and included product description and manual. Other than that the unit looks good is a little on the noisy side when the compressor kicks in and can be distracting.

Item arrive as expected and in good condition. Wasn't clear on what is needed to mount the unit. Had to order additional mounting hardware and call to get installation instructions.

"Nice wine chiller but will never hold…"

Nice wine chiller but will never hold 300 bottles unless you only buy wine that comes in the skinny straight sized bottle. A bit finicky to get the dual zone set so the compressor will not run all of the time. Basically the settings between the two zones needs to be 13-15F different. Funny thing is that I set the lower zone to 57F and the upper zone to 44F and put refrigerator thermometers in both zones. The upper zone was actually 54F and the lower zone was actually 56.5F. I have about 100 bottles in it. Overall happy. The user manual is pretty worthless when giving advice on how to actually optimize the capacity and temperature within the real capability of the system so the compressor does not run constantly

"Excellent service support to help diagnose non-functional compressor due to power surge and bad motherboard"

Excellent service support. I called in to technical support when my Vinotemp compressor stopped working. We had experienced a power surge in the house. Richard in tech support provided me with detailed instructions regarding how to diagnose issue with voltmeter, and walked me through. No high voltage getting to compressor. Ordered new board, received a few days later, installed, and unit is working like new. I wish all companies had similar tech support so that those of us who are capable, can repair appliances like this.

"I bought the VT-100 WINEDISP4 and it…"

I bought the VT-100 WINEDISP4 and it cannot dispense.

I have learned a lot trying to get this expensive wine refrigerator to work. First, it comes with some disposable gas canisters and you must have the gas in order for it to dispense. I read the instructions clearly in the operation manual and it has a picture in the manual which reflects where you can find the way to connect the temporary canister of gas. The problem is the diagram in the manual does not match what I actually have. I was told by Vinotemp that I could open the electrical box and find the connection but I did not want to get into that so I ordered the regulator for an external gas tank two weeks ago so I could place an external gas cylinder to the unit. I called last week and they said it would be sent out for delivery late last week,however not it is the next week and I have received no notification of delivery. I am just warning any potential buyers that you should not plan on dispensing any wine from this unit right away because you need the right stuff to get it to dispense. Very frustrating given all of the money I spent to but this unit.

"The refrigeration unit keeps shutting…"

The refrigeration unit keeps shutting off. I have rest per the tech support and it is still not working. Talking one on one is not something they have been capable of. Very frustrating.
Getting ready start another round of "sort of" communication.

"The two-zone wine cooler arrived with…"

The two-zone wine cooler arrived with the bottom zone not operating. The initial request for service went unanswered. The second request was followed up within 24 hours, but the service representative was unable to locate the serial number of the unit, even though I had registered it online. Once we sorted that out and worked through some troubleshooting steps, he quickly had several replacement parts for a variety of potential repairs shipped directly to my house. The service technician immediately scheduled the repair.
