New unit is a replacement for an older vinotemp model that quit working. Design wise, I don't like that the shelves aren't full extension like my old unit and I am having trouble getting the dual zone feature figured out. It wants to have same temperature both upper and lower.... have reached out to Vinotemp for clearer instructions....

Glad I purchased this unit. Fit my space perfectly and the way it lights up and displays the wine is beautiful. It was the most expensive choice but it turned out to be a great value.

"I have a Vino 2500 hzd"
I have a Vino 2500 hzd. It has only been used for about four years. It is no longer cooling and the company says they cannot support it. They say they no longer use a compressor start relay with coil. First they said a new one would be $180. (typically one off the shelf is about $8.00), then they said I should get a new compressor for over $700. Now I cannot get anyone to help. Eight times in a row they put me on hold, and after 20 to 30 minutes they disconnect.

"Still happy after three months"
So after spending a decent amount of money to upgrade from my old 35 bottle fridge from BestBuy to the 155 bottle I have to say, I'm really satisfied. It does a great job of maintaining the temperature and it's quiet.
As expected it doesn't actually hold 155 bottles but I knew that going in, some bottle are just too fat. The only other annoyance is that the temperature indicator lights stay on all the time.

"Terrible customer service for defective wine cooler."
Very disappointed. We ordered the Vinotemp made specifically for garages from Costco. It was delivered in a week and set up in the place we designed. Loaded the cooler and turned it on. The cooler ran for approximately two hours and stopped. Multiple on line chats with Vinotemp were unsatisfactory as they did not communicate back until prodded. On my third contact I was told the part needed was being shipped to me. When I had not received the part two weeks later I again contacted them and today was informed the part was shipped today. Vinotemp's customer service is terrible. I have run out of patience and my husband is furious and wants to send the cooler back.

"VERY poor service!!!"
Very poor service and EXTREMELY difficult to talk with anyone-it is obvious they don’t want people to call. I ordered some additional shelves for my wine fridge back on May 2nd and still have not received them even though my credit card has been charged. I have sent two e-mails and just left my third VM in the past week asking for an update on where the shelves are. The wine fridge is fine but after sale service sucks!!!!! God forbid I need something fixed under warranty!!!!

Bought VinoTemp 180 bottle wine cooler. 13 months to the day after purchase the cooler froze 5 bottles of wine, even though the temperature was set at 60 for upper and lower cabinets. 12 months is the warranty from VinoTemp. Bought extended service from New Leaf, recommended by VinoTemp. No service providers in the state of Arizona. Have to pay for the service and try to get reimbursed by New Leaf. Not at all happy with this purchase and what appears to be a 12 month "planned obsolescence".
