White glove delivery from Costco was great. So far I really like the unit. The paperwork which I keep in the unit feels slightly damp so I suspect that the humidity control is keeping it (and the corks, I hope) slightly damp.

This is our second Vinotemp wine refrigerator. We are very pleased with the products in general. My only comment is that there has to be a better design for the pull out racks. For such a good refrigerator, the racks are terrible - they are very difficult to pull out. Which means I will tend to ignore the wines in the back!

Unit has cooled well and runs quiet. However the third led temperature number, the first number of the second temp., has two of the number elements burned out. The 5 looks more like a couple of dashes.
This is after only a couple of months since installation. I thought leds were supposed to lease thousands of hours. Vinotemp may need to review their quality of led for temperature.

I've had no issues at all. When you put warm bottles of wine in the fridge the temp rises due to the warmth of the bottles. Within a few hours the temps are lowered right where they are supposed to be. I love my little wine fridge :)

Received two units in a row due to poor packaging. It took weeks for replacement which also arrived damaged. My advice is don't bother. On top of damage quality of workmanship appeared poor at best. Really disappointing.

How do you give less than 1 star ?? My refrigeration unit literally blew up. I sent support pictures. Yes, it was 5 years old -- and been replaced once already. We have 2 of these in our home at $4000 each and I thought Vinotemp would give some sort of compensatory price for the replacement on such a poorly designed and failed unit-- but no. I can buy the exact unit at Home Depot for $400.00 less than their retail price. Shame on them. Moving on. There are other companies to deal with -- and I suggest you do the same.

I purchased a small cooling unit and wall mounted racks. Received them and did not open. My contractor made my room the wrong size. I sent an email to my rep asking if I could return. They said they have a no return policy but to send pictures of said items and they would get back. I tried calling , e-mailing and chatting. After 8 days someone on chat again told me of the non return policy . They also said my rep was out sick the day before and matters like this had to go to “higher ups” for a decision. I am now going to try installing because I can’t wait any longer. All I wanted was someone to communicate with me. I now fear using my 3 year warranty I purchased. In my opinion I believe it would be easier to purchase from another company with better customer service.

We ordered 4 wine refrigerators and one of them was faulty. We didn’t know about it until 3 of our 3L bottles corks started popping out. Our contact person responded quickly but it is taking too long to get a new part to fix it. Once we get the part and determine if that is the problem then we will know. We had to empty out all the wine and wait for the new part because we didn’t want any other wine ruined. We are told we have to pull out the wine refrigerator because they won’t do it. So this is gong to cost me labor to have someone pull it out and then put it back.
