Original install was simple.Installation instructions must be accessed online. However, trying to get replacement filters was not that simple. Three filter set was not available. Only needed the 1st stage cartridge for now.Waited a week to be informed about out of stock. Reordered needed cartridge and subscribed hoping for a better experience. Instructions for replacing and resetting new cartridge very vague and difficult to follow.Need a video to show exactly what needs done.

I was a bit disappointed with the customer service response to my problem (both in timing and lack of taking any responsibility to failing parts) as well as the deploymentof my order. Being a loyal customer for years I was expecting a bit more than the negative response to my issue. To disappoint further, my order was placed on 12-26 (and showed an expected delivery date of 12-30) but wasn't delivered until 1-2. CA to AZ shouldn't take that long (even over the holidays) guys.

I’m currently waiting on a tank valve because my system was sent with a 1/4” valve when it needs to be a 3/8” valve. You should also consider including the ice maker option as standard or clarify that it is not included with the system (ROES-100). Sal is taking care of me, I believe, so I will update this review when I get resolution.
