"over night ship is not over night ship"

I ordered over night ship, paid the ship fee. received the day after next day. If you are not doing over night ship, please do not call it over night ship and charge customer the fee.

Support team responded that they have a statement somewhere says overnight ship after 12pm will be shipped the next day.

You should simply update the name of overnight ship to two days shipping if order time is after noon.

You are missing leading customer and charge customer extra money for things you can not deliver as the "overnight"

We are suffering from PFOA contaminated well water (thanks CHEMOURS!) and needed a safe and affordable RO unit for drinking water. We purchased the additional fridge ice maker/water kit and everything was relatively simple to install if you are moderately comfortable with DIY. No leaks, quick couplers (no Teflon tape or wrenches!!) everywhere but at the original tie-in, and leak free going on 2 months. Water pressure is expectedly less from the RO unit but at least our drinking water isn’t killing us slowly anymore. Also love the yearly filter exchanges which are also affordable. Aside from a whole house unit this under-sink unit is a 10 out of 10. Thank you APEC for making a DIY system that is both effective and easy to install.

They wont respond when there is a problem. They only sent 1/2 filters that I ordered but charged me for 2.
First RO filter lasted almost 12 months. Second only lasted less than 6 months. not happy.

We had the system and loved it for a year. Then it started leaking. We have replaced everything we could think of and it still leaks…

Update! We called and got wonderful help on the phone! Hopefully they send us a correct part and we get this fixed!

I purchased and had professionally installed only to find out the control unit it dead . Warranty is a joke ! The first agent could no determine my unit by the model and serial numbers on the unit ! Then I was promised a warranty part and after a week has still not shipped from the company ! All this as I will need to bring installer back for repair and functionality test once this POS system has interface to operate . What else could go wrong ?

I really like the product itself. However, customer service has lots to improve upon. Takes forever to get a response. When ordering off of other sites, was faster. Ordering off the main website, there was no update. Before the product arrived, I thought I'd made a big mistake. However, after the product arrived, I was much happier. Water tastes good, easy to replace the filters. I purchased a second one via another site at a very good discount because I wanted only 1 system in the house, water tastes good, easy to change out the filter, and it's cost effective. Currently, I'm considering purchasing off the website due to good deals coming up instead of the secondary sites, but hesitant due to the poor website platform and customer service.
