Receive the system and hired a local plumber to install unit. Very simple to install BUT when he said he was all done and left I tried my water and no pressure or no water at all. Called them back they checked all kinds of stuff and he stated that the bypass valve had to be turned just past open for it to work properly and thought the bypass valve was bad and needed replaced. I called Apec and got a human being right away and he new exactly what was wrong with it and by the tone of his voice I knew he was right. Sure enough I pulled the head off bottle and their it was the plug that needed pulled BEFORE you install the head the control module so, I pulled the plug out and put it all back together and it all works great now. Thanks to the tech at Apec he knew what he was talking about. Thank you Apec you are great and very knowledgable!

"Ordered 10/10/2024, Status indicates Fulfilled but has not shipped"

Order S-408797 was placed last Oct 10, 2024. After a few days checking in why Fedex tracking for my order has no update, got informed that the WH-SOLUTION-MAX10-FG is out of stock and won't arrive with an ETA of 11/4/2024. I kept the order as the re-commit date is acceptable to me. 11/4/2024 came and made another follow-up and was told again that there was delay and ETA moved to 11/8/2024. 11/8/2024 came and made another follow-up and another delay and ETA moves to 11/14/2024.
I have lost my patience and I am now cancelling the order. A commitment date should not be provided if it cannot be fulfilled.
Based on this experience I had, I would first look at alternate suppliers and checking stock. I don't consider waiting a month on an order a slight delay.

We have contacted Apec three times to get some sort of help. We had the countertop system for a few years. The last time we replaced filters, it worked for about a month or so and then water stopped coming out, and this is our source of water. And nobody’s getting back to us and what we should be doing. We would’ve never bought this product if we knew it was this bad and hard to get some sort of support. What a waste of money. Do not buy this product or deal with this company.

No email response to initial contact, had to call. Customer service is friendly, but no resolution, and ultimately, no call backs or email. This was an expensive aio system that broke down after only two years. It will be tossed when the guy comes to install the new, different brand, system. I will direct others to another brand from here on in...
