If I had known how long it would take to ship a set of filters, I would not have purchased the filtration system from them in the first place. It has been about a week since I ordered the three-stage filter kit, and it still hasn't delivered, despite the fact that I spent $12 for delivery alone. And when I call, no one answers.

It took a while to ship, DHL then USPS. I am still waiting. It has not arrived yet. Please consider shipping by a different carrier. It took a long time last order also.
Update: I was asked to update my post.
Apec replied to this and said my shipment was delivered Feb 1st. It was. I was asked to do this survey on Jan 25th. It was in transit. My credit card was charged on Jan 18th. Product is good but shipping method sucks.

I ordered the system on Thursday and I paid $90 for overnight shipping. It is Friday night and didn’t receive it.
It’s no notification,I checked on delivery status no update, it’s showing just the order. Very disappointed
