"stock of parts and water leak"

I had a leak on my water system , I decided to replace the whole o ring and filters , 2 days after my purchase , i received an email saying they dont have stock , without clarification of what are not specifically in stock , so Im assuming they dont have nothing on stock . Water filtration is critical on house hold , dont having stock it is a very bad way to do business.

I ordered a system on 02/10/25 and paid for it. Next day I get an email CANCELLING my order saying they do not have any in stock? I thought thier items were made in United States. How could they have no stock? And why wouldn't it just be put on a short back order? Are these systems actually made overseas and tariffs affecting thier supply? If so then false advertising as far as made in USA. This is no way to run a business

Significant shipping delay, still have not received items purchased after 3 weeks. No one to speak with regarding order. Left 2 online inquiries without response. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

Awesome customer service. They were able to resolve my issue after trying them a million times. I was able to chase down someone finally as they have been updating their shoping to shopify back end or something and no one has a clue on how to fix order issues. But great product still!

I've been using Apec RO system for years.
Recently, I placed order for a new filter set and O-Rings.
Even though I selected the option to buy once, the site automatically changed it to subscription before I checked out.
I noticed this on the filter set so I changed it back to buy once then placed order.
My filters arrived within a week of placing order but I never received the O-Rings (Apec shipped O-Rings separately)
I contacted FedEx but they said it's been over 9 days and to contact the shipper to file a claim for lost package.
I submitted online claim with Apec but never heard back from anyone.

I'll go back to ordering my parts from Amazon.

Karen T. from APEC customer reached out. The missing o-rings will be shipped out once the product is back in stock later this month.

"Doesn't Work!"

My water has a hardness level of 4-6 & this filtration equipment did not do a thing. My glasses still get water spots. I have relatively clean water no iron or excessive minerals. I am very disappointed. not only did i have to pay for the filtration system but it costs $700.00 to get a plumber to install it.

"No response, no support"

I have had an APEC system for about 18 months and it's been acting up lately. I have tried several times to contact them, including leaving a voice message weeks ago, and cannot reach anyone. I then made a purchase to replace my tank and filter housings and filters, only to have my order canceled a few days after placing it. The lack of support is very disappointing and I will be looking to replace this system with another brand asap.
