Order processing might be a little faster. Shipping came as two packages - probably should have been one - made me think you forgot the O-rings but those came later. Not mad just think you could do better.

Countertop filter did not work out of the box and no customer service. The thing is spraying and leaking.

I have emailed and called and no reply in 4 days to submit my return and refund request.

Luckily my bank is contesting the charge for me. Terrible company and terrible filters. AVOID.

Try getting back to me because I need to return this and I disputed it with my bank and I am not paying for a defective item. I do not want your filters! Better get back to me then.

I am writing this to make people aware of this company's honesty. I ordered 3 years of filters for my RO system. they sent me the filters and about 6months later another order of filters was charged against my credit card. I immediately called and spoke to someone about the order and to cancel this order. He told me that for some reason they thought I needed replacement filters every 6 months I asked why would I order more filters when I just had ordered 3 years worth of filters. He agreed and said he would and did cancel the order but, when I checked my bank he let the charge go through. Well the bank will get the money back but just beware they might try to take the money anyway. I am done with this company and will never purchase anything again. To be fair the system works as described. Again there are a lot of dishonest companies out there and this one can be added to the list

Easy to order and good information as to which parts to order for my system.

I would rate APEC water systems a 5. However I tried to send in a question asking them if they had a filter I could use for calcium deposits, they never got back to me.
Now for their system it was easy for me to install. In fact I talked my sister in law to get one and I would install it.
The water that comes through the filtration system tastes great. We are on a well system. This system removes all the bad stuff from hard well water.
So to sum this up APEC water filtration system is a Great system works GREAT.
I am very pleased/happy with this whole house filtration system.

I am pleased with the equipment it's a great filter system.
I have used Apec for many years and referred them to many people.
I how ever this time was disappointing with the communication when a part got damaged in the shipping and extra filters did not show up. Took a few calls to get resolved. And a few weeks! And these things can happen so I still highly recommend this company.

I’m not sure why this happened, but when I replaced all three O-rings for my reverse osmosis filter system, it still leaks. I made sure that I ordered the proper ones, and they fit perfectly. The mating services for the rings were all good, so I don’t know what to do from here.

I am not able to buy replacement CF filter for ROTL-600 system I bought one year ago. The company cancels my order which I have placed online through their website. They said not enough stock for this item, did not say when this item will be available again. So, the whole filter system is down and not functional because of that. As a customer, I do not what to do now? There is now customer service line on the website, no ways of communications. Should I through away my ROTL-600 system and buy something else?
