"Excellent filter system, but ordering replacement took too long"

Was this company purchased by someone else over the last 1-2 years? I placed 5 orders over the course of a month and each was cancelled because of stock issues apparently... On their website there is no indication of anything being out of stock. I feel like new ownership or management is inept and bringing this (once) great company down. Please prove me wrong and I will update back to 5 stars.

More cancelled orders and I reach out to ask them why the orders were cancelled and if they can help place an order for the items they cancelled and they ask me what items I am looking for.... This company is not real anymore, sadly...

"Shipping disaster"

Shipping has been a disaster. I ordered a full RO system a month and a half ago. It's clear they are using a second party to ship and have no control over the result. After several missing tracking numbers, lost packages, and promised updates, I received one box with a fraction of what I ordered (looks like a replacement filter). They do not answer the phone and the person I'm emailing with seems as lost as the item I ordered.

Complete replacement kit at a most reasonable price. The transaction was sound and quick. The communication regarding the purchase and shipping status was immediate and accurate. My kit was handled well, arriving without damage. So far the product and supporting services have been all they promise.

It was time to change out filters and after using filters I had, a replacement set arrived for my next changeout. Glad to have a set of filters on hand.

Shipping times are horrendous. I have two units I needed replacement filters for. First set I got on Amazon next day. It's been about two weeks now and still waiting on the set I needed most to arrive. Customer help wasn't a ton of help either. When I was trying to find them, they only answered half of my email. A little frustrating. Still dont know if I got the right filters as they haven't showed up yet.
