It was extremely easy to order and came in a very well packed box in a short amount of time. The pricing was very fair. If there is one thing I could suggest is to add an instruction sheet on how to install the bladder tank. I kept my instructions from the original installation of the Essense RO so I was OK.

"poor production, poor custimer service"

I installed the unit, ran it for a day then started to measure it's output. 75gpd is a joke, at that rate it should produce 3 gallons per hour. It produces less than one quart per hour. I sent a mail to APEC on their website and so far i have heard nothing. Another joke - Customer Service? I'm trying to decide whether to rip it out and dump it or not.

I've tried other RO units, but this is the one I've kept.
Where I live we have particularly nasty water this takes care of it and it produces a lot of it.
I have no complaints.
And for people who talk about hot water coming out of the system, simply fill a gallon jug and refrigerate if.

I would give 5/5 stars except that I ordered both the ring gasket and filters. The filters arrived first on a different day, so I thought maybe they were forgotten about. Later the gasket came but I already installed the filters. I wasn't about to take everything apart. I would have been nice to acknowledge my order and confirm what was coming / hadn't arrived.

Overall, I would say that the product is 5/5 so I'm changing my rating and based on their response I think the error won't happen again
