When I placed my last order, it was not clear that I had signed up for a subscription plan. This is why I was charged for something I had not placed an order for, so I cancelled the subscription and left a review. Customer service was very quick to call and apologize. They confirmed that my subscription was cancelled and to show good faith, they refunded my order. I am pleased with this resolution. Thank you!

I’ve been using the RO-PH90 for several years. I’ve purchased one for a friend and now a third one for another friend’s housewarming gift. Prior to my APEC water system I used a box store RO unit. It worked then a diaphragm went out and leaked all over the floor. The water didn’t taste near as good as Apec.
