Water system hasn’t shown up. Customer service told me last month it would ship……I guess that was a lie. They won’t upgrade or discount the system and my water remains hard…..I should have gone to Home Depot

Well-made product, shoddy customer service. I have tried to get assistance regarding a problem with the salt reservoir on my softener twice by phone and it seemed like no one on their end had any idea what a softener actually was. Then I submitted a query from their website, and heard nothing from them. If you buy an APEC product, keep your fingers crossed it works right because if it doesn’t, you are likely on your own.
