Order placed 10 days ago and said shipped but still not picked up. Can't get a response via email and no support via phone. It's like dealing with an online shopping company 15 years ago. I would be concerned about buying anything from them if you'll need support. Ispring has better systems and real support.

I ordered a RO-PH90 kit from them and have been very happy with it over the passed 6mo the or so that I’ve owned it. Their website site is pretty good but could be a tad easier to find compatible parts and accessories. That would have to be my only complaint. The date I entered for Date of experience is a guesstimate as I don’t recall the actual date that I placed my order. I do remember I ordered it from them directly and it had a delivery date of a day or two after the earliest Amazon delivery date. By ordering it direct the price was comparable and I had more options available (upgraded faucet ect.) personally I always try to order direct if possible even it cost a few more bucks. I’m sure it helps support them as a company. Anyway from my experience I highly recommend.

I commend Apec in that within 2 hours of my previous negative review, I received notice from FedEx of my date of receipt. Apparently, things had stalled at FedEx and not really the fault of Apec. Excellent reaction on their part.

I have not recieved my order yet it was supposedly mailed out on Nov. 26,

I bought this online on 11/23/24. They sent me an email saying it shipped on 11/25/24. The tracking number at Fedex say they haven't received it yet. I get text updates from Fedex so if they had it I'd know. Today is 12/9/24 & no water system & no update. I am not happy. Don't buy this if you actually want to get it & use it.

I already have an Apec system and I ordered through the website to increase my tank size.
It has been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received the tank. I saved a few dollars ordering on Apec instead of Amazon but I would have had my tank over a week ago.
