Extremely quick delivery. I ordered a slightly larger size in the Emma leather jacket. Fitted perfectly and very pleased. Very soft leather, with a red lining.

Came here to leave a review as I couldn't leave one on the website. I bought 2 different jackets in the same size to see which one suited me better. One was a bit small and one was a bit big. Ended up in returning the bigger one and the small one exchanged for the next size.
The only not so pleasant thing is that you have to pay for your return but I think I paid about £6 for both. Anyway, they got the parcel quick and imediately sent the replacement. Could not fault them at all.
The jacket is amazing, really good quality. It is a bit of hit and miss with the sizes but I guess that is because of the different styles they offer. Will buy from here again and highly recommend!

However, speedy delivery, two days, and the jacket is top notch for the price. Fits like a glove and one happy customer here.

I will be buying my next jacket from HoL. Really good for an on line retailer and good at responding to email enquiries too.

So very pleased with my whole journey with House of Leather. I’ve bought my leather jacket on an insane sale (don’t know how often these come about). Almost seemed too good to be true. I am quite small and most of my clothes are a size 6 so was a bit worried when I got my jacket in a size 10 as the 8 sold out. Did however considered what most people said about sizing one up.
I’ve ordered it on a Sunday and it came today with free delivery by DPD. I’ve left instructions as I wasn’t in, no dramas with DPD either (which was a first). The jacket fits like a glove! Absolute perfect fit, I can’t believe it! It might be a struggle to put on a thicker jumper underneath but I am just so happy with the quality, fit and style that I don’t even care. Love the red lining as well, can’t get enough of it!

Ordered a briefcase and after 7 months it’s starting to come apart at the handle. Contacted the company about this and asked for a replacement and this was the reply I got…

I have called them today and been told they don’t do guarantee’s and the Consumer Right Act 2015 doesn’t apply to them, basically they didn’t give a dam. I would not recommend this company and their customer service is shocking.

I dont understand the bad reviews tbh. Their customer service is amazing.
I bought a size 14 jacket, it was a bit big, i wanted to exchange and didnt realise that you have to pay the return postage…it says on the website. Anyway, i loved the jacket so i ordered another one smaller size 12 and i decided to gift the 14 to my sister. My sister insisted i exchange it to size 12, i did and i paid £8.95 at the post office, fast service, which was two days ago. Just now i received an email from them, following another one with the DPD tracking reference number that the jacket will be delivered tomorrow. So all in all, three days the whole process.
I am very happy with them, very fast service, great customer service, and the quality is top notch… This jacket is the best i have seen in years.
5 stars is not enough.

Lovely leather jacket, smells a bit like chemicals but I’m sure it’ll wear off soon. Good quality and great price!
Extremely fast delivery too with DPD.
I had a question after buying and they replied within the hour via email, very impressed. I’d definitely recommend and I will definitely be buying again. I’ve only given 4 stars due to the smell 💜 otherwise excellent!
