Purchased a lovely leather jacket from these people, it arrived, beautiful quality feel about it, but I'd ordered a size that didn't quite fit the little lady in doors, so had to return and ask for an exchange, which happened promptly with no fuss and all very quick indeed, like 72 hours from start to finish, could not wish for better service and will definitely use again and recommend to our wide circle of friends and family. Avoid avoid avoid! The goods they sent were damaged, they promised to resolve by sending out a replacement and picking up the damaged item, then they pretended they never said that, then they refused to properly complete the order until the damaged item is returned.
This was my Christmas present!!!
Don’t use them. Quality 0 Customer Service 0.

Bought a handbag from them in September. Really liked the bag, but in less than 3 months, the studded clasp on the front, has torn away from the bag. House of Leather have now replaced the bag. The service was excellent, and delivery was very fast. Would recommend this company

I ordered a jacket for my husband from this site was a little scepticle as being on line
The jacket arrived within a couple of days of ordering (Free delivery) and although we sent it back as was just not my husbands style the quality of the jacket and leather was amazing very well made soft leather and lining was really nice and warm.
I returned the jacket through post and within 3 days of return the full refund was back into our account
cannot grumble at that and will definately be looking on this site again

After a serious brain injury at work I brought my Darling Wife a Soft Leather Cross Zip Biker Jacket for taking care of me!!
Firstly I sent the wrong email address! I contacted them and they helpfully changed it for me!
The Jacket arrived really quickly and my Wife was over the moon!!! Only problem was I had ordered a size 12 but she’s size 10, nightmare!!!!
I rang House of Leather’s number and got the most helpful guy who explained what to do to change it and then sent an email confirming change! I repacked the Jacket and sent insurance covered, next day delivery from Devon last Thursday!! Totally Totally Amazed when a size 10 replacement was delivered on Sunday only TWO DAYS LATER!!!
Absolutely the best service you can get!!
Wife was over the moon but has banned me from ordering things alone with my brain injury 😂😂😂

I ordered a RAF style leather jacket. It doesnt look much like the picture, the fur inside is not great, the jacket leather is very stiff. Overall quality is not great.
Trying to return it, there is no response to emails, no advice on how to return this item. The telephone number on the website does not work.
It seems I am now stuck with this jacket.
Wouldnt order from this company again.
