"Leather suede bomber jacket"

I bought a leather bomber jacket and the quality is just amazing, best leather jacket I've ever had: very soft, very warm and well stitched. I'm actually very impressed and will definitely come back if I will ever need another leather jacket.
I had to exchange size because size small was a little tight for me, and the exchange was super fast, the new size was shipped immediately and I got it in literally one day.

"Waste of time and money"

Well I purchased a jacket from House of Leather with DPD delivering.... guess what?? The jacket never arrived and I was at home all day and no knock on the door? House of Leather and DPD both diminish responsibility. I expect a shoddy response from a very shoddy service.
My Advice - Don’t waste your money and spend a bit more and shop at a more reputable company?

Poor reply by HOL - well it would help that the courier knocked on the door? We were in ALL day and the item was dumped probably not even delivered and we were all in the front room. No creaking of the gate of someone walking past our front window and not knock on the door. VERY STRANGE that it did not get delivered although YES a photo was provided.
Typical poor company that automatically diminishes responsible and blames the customer?
I do NOT get the jacket and HOL are a complete wasted of space...

I ordered a leather gillet waistecoat. It arrived the following day. Extremely efficient. The item is great. Well made of beautiful soft leather. Perfect size and pretty good value. I did some research on the company before ordering. Perfectly legit. I'll buy from the again.

LOVE my new leather jacket from you guys. I'm usually a size 8/10 so went for a size 10 and it fits perfectly and eventually will stretch to fit jumpers underneath. Also came within 2 days 🖤

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but zero wasn't an option. The seller ignored many requests I made to exchange a jacket I bought on Ebay. When Ebay stepped in it after I complained, to much time went by 4 them 2 do anything. Customer service is everything 2me and house of leather gets a big fat "F!"
