Ordered leather jacket small
On there guide was chest size 36 to 38 inches
I am only a 34 inch chest and it is so tight that I will have to return it at my expense and get a medium.

Wow...ordered a purse late Friday evening and was given the option for Sunday morning delivery by DPD. Unfortunately, I wasn't at home so rearrange delivery with DPD which was easy to do and the purse was delivered Monday morning. Really pleased with the purse which is a birthday gife - lovely colour and so soft.

My wife ordered a leather jacket, and it very pleased with the quality and style of the jacket. First class service and top quality. Superb!

Unfortunately giving a company 1star for a delivery company failure is not correct, also giving them one star for cost of return postage is ridiculous. People should realise that free return postage has already been added to the price of goods!

"A company that makes the customer bear the cost of returns"

I didn't realise until it was too late that this company makes the customer pay for returns. I should have checked before ordering but it didn't occur to me that an online business would have this policy. It was expensive to return the jacket I ordered when it didn't fit. I would avoid. There are plenty of online companies that make it easy to return items and do not expect the customer to bear the cost.

What can I say, there is no option to give a zero star review unfortunately.

I ordered a leather bag next day delivery on Thursday before their 12pm deadline, come Friday this was not received. I then received an email later on Friday to say the parcel would be delivered on Saturday, again nothing. It is now Sunday afternoon and I have contacted DPD direct to see if there is a chance to go and pick this up from the depot as I need it for Monday, and they have just confirmed they have not even received the parcel so cannot be sure it has even been shipped... three days later, for NEXT DAY DELIVERY!

Throughout this process I have been emailing them and have been totally ignored, absolutely appalling service, I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bought a beautiful Real Leather Bum Bag Barcelona Oil Brown. Paid on Sunday, received item on Tuesday. Perfect delivery & service.
Bum Bag looks amazing and is definitely Real Lather. Could be a bit bigger but all measures are provided on website so can not complain, it is only personal preference.. definitely phone, small purse, keys and tissues will fit and that is what I wanted for.
Only time will tell how long it will last but by look seems done well.

I ordered another jacket from them through amazon, the first a flying jacket was so good I bought an autumn / spring light jacket, again through Amazon, excellent quality and value, fast service. I wonder what some people expect, this is on line buying, not from an old fashioned Highstreet retailer.

"Poor product, poor service"

First of all House of Leather sent the wrong bag, leaving me to do a lot of running around in getting it back to them. Then they ignored my instructions about sending the replacement. And when the replacement arrived, it turned out to be flawed - with stains and scuff marks that suggest I may not be the first owner. When I complained, I got no meaningful response. Since then I've emailed them repeatedly - with no response at all. I can only conclude that this is a chaotically incompetent company that sells substandard goods and refuses to acknowledge legitimate complaints.

"Pathetic service."

Had a leather handbag for 6 weeks when the stitching on the strap gave way. called for advise but some moron said send an email. Came back saying that I had misused the product. Obviously they don't care a damn as long as you pay for the goods. Avoid this shop at all costs.

"House of Seemingly Faux Leather"

Ordered from House of Leather directly - The jacket I ordered was advertised to be made from Nappa Leather. The jacket I received felt very soft, but had a strong chemical and plastic odour that lingers. This leads me to believe that this is not made from real leather and instead is made from counterfeit faux leather. The design and fit of the jacket was not great either with uncomfortable zips on the arms that create a hard seam and digs into my wrists. The seller does not have an easy returns portal, wished I had ordered off Amazon for easier returns.
