"Ordered a leather jacket and within 2…"

Ordered a leather jacket and within 2 to 3 days it arrived amazingly quick. The jacket was lovely but should have sized up another size as couldn't zip it up over chest but that was my fault so had to return and being over new year i thought it would take ages to refund but within 4 days it was refunded. Was looking around to see if i could get different jacket elsewhere but i ended up ordering again off this company a different size and jacket and within 3 days it was here. The jacket fits perfectly and is gorgeous it only smells slightly of leather as thought it would smell more but never having had a real leather before i don't now what i was expecting lol but it gorgeous. But be aware of sizing read size guide as they slim fit and if u have a large chest etc. The other thing is the maker of jacket as both have had different firm names inside as not sure who they are but it is lovely.

The customer service is excellent. I had trouble with a delivery (DPD didn’t deliver to the correct address) and I also received an incorrect item. The company fixed my problems immediately - helpful and prompt. One customer service agent went out of his way to ensure I received an item for Christmas. The item itself (a leather briefcase) was exactly as displayed and good quality.

I bought a leather wallet from their website on 22nd Dec (very hard to find one in the shops with the clear ID window for photo cards) and incredibly it was delivered the very next day so that I could give it as a present to my husband for Xmas. My son purchased a Irvin flying jacket and he absolutely loves it!

We originally ordered the incorrect size so did a return - these luxurious jackets are very generously sized and the shearling lamb skin is excellent quality.

Immediately House of Leather received our return they exchanged for a smaller size the same day and delivery by DPD was made within 24hrs.

"Horrible service"

Horrible service, goods arrived violently kicked through cardboard box ripping it badly. This was done either by the warehouse or their courier. It looks like mindless hate rage. Fingers have also been stuck inside, it seems as a Covid-19 infection threat. Either way it is beyond anti-hygiene and risks infection. No response to complaints by email and PayPal requesting replacement. Paid almost £300 through Paypal for a jacket to fend off the cold weather. Based on this experience they are not trustworthy and don’t care at all.
