Only left a 1 as you can’t leave a 0. Exceptionally poor service, quality and workmanship. If I owned this company I would be embarrassed to provide sun standard products such as these. Bought a summer house, delivered without notification on to my drive while I was away on holiday. Some lengths of wood not the right size, knots had fallen out leaving gaping holes in two panel, no repairs made. Was meant to be treated and had patchy at the most coverage. Contacted customer services advising of additional cost to make right and barely got an apology.
