Samantha was so efficient and helpful in the process of deciding on and buying our Nordic sofa, especially as it’s modular and lots of different options to consider. There are even more options in store (we went to Mytholmroyd) than there are online. The process was so easy which has made me likely to go back to Russell Dean for other furniture. I didn’t realise they did carpet and rugs as well. Thanks! Can’t wait for our sofa to arrive, I feel confident that it’s good quality with the guarantees offered.
