Einmalig den Service für 99 Cent in Anspruch genommen und angeblich dabei ein Abo abgeschlossen. Für 49,99 EUR Abo Gebühr. Ohne sichtbaren Hinweis, Bestätigung des Aboabschlusses o.ä. Ohne Vertragsgrundlage wurde der obige Abo Betrag abgebucht. Das niemals von mir abgeschlossene Abo habe ich gekündigt. Pdf Guru bestätigt die Kündigung und verspricht volle Rückerstattung innerhalb von 14 Business Tagen. Das sind DREI ARBEITSWOCHEN. Bin gespannt ob die Erstattung jemals ankommt u. habe PayPal zur Konfliktlösung eingebunden.

J’ai payé 2 € pour générer un simple PDF et, sans mon accord, ce site m’a ensuite prélevé 50 € par mois depuis février 2024, soit 700 € au total ! Aucune information claire sur un abonnement, aucun rappel, et impossible d’annuler facilement.

C’est une pratique commerciale trompeuse, et je vais contester ces prélèvements auprès de ma banque, signaler cette escroquerie à la DGCCRF, et déposer plainte si nécessaire.

The absolute WORST company to deal with! Do not use this company. I have contacted their support email, they have replied with “scripted” computer replies and are unable to provide the correct subscription details to match our account. We have provided them payment receipt's. We have NOT received a sign up welcome letter or any info just monthly deductions. We have now contacted our bank as we believe they are debiting our account incorrectly. It has been a nightmare!!!!

I used this service to edit a PDF and paid the $1.99 fee. Next thing I know a fee of $49.99 EU (which is $75 CAD for me) came out of my bank unauthorized. I have contacted them and so far they have only cancelled my subscription even though I never asked for one.

What a scam! Googled how to reduce PDF file and ended up with almost $100 withdrawn from my account through PayPal. All within 7days. I couldn't even use their program - what initially looked easy didn't work for us and the so-called 'free trial' is a joke. Lucky that PayPal notified me of the withdrawal so I could unsubscibe. Great SCAM PDF Master, there are no refunds and the email of advice - never arrived - not to my email nor to Spam; you get to charge any unsuspecting person who clicks on your site.

Habe diese Fall eben bei Paypal gemeldet und Betrag wurde sofort storniert. Glück gehabt. Hatte ich das nicht gesehen dann hatte PayPal morgen diese Betrag von Konto abgebucht und unwiderruflich verloren. Kontrollieren Sie Ihre PayPal. LG

Update: This scam company have responded. They have not justified why:
1: The unsubscribe/cancel account does not work when you log in to your account. You click it and nothing happens. Consequently I have been paying for nearly a year.
2: When you email their "support" they reply saying they cannot find your account. So, you give them the actual log in you use (the one with the link to unsubscribe)..they still say they cannot find it. We have been back and forward for months this way.

I am actually going out to Cyprus shortly, so I am looking forward to visiting a police station to register it.

Scam: Same as all the other users. I went to their site with my login details, clicked cancel but it takes you no where. Contactef "support" who say they have no record of me dedpite me giving them the exact email and password I use to log in.

So, the only responce contact HSBC and advise it is fraud which I have done. Block payments and accept I may not get £290 back. I will also be contacting the cypriot authorities.
