I had to contact the company as needed to add further information I couldn't add myself. Bree responded quickly and added what I needed no bother with no hassel.

For rescue organisations, this is by far the worst microchip database company to deal with. The database does not allow us to easily transfer pets to new owners.
The telephone number of the registered address shown on their website dials and after one ring cuts off. There is no way to speak to a person. Under the contact us section, they aim to respond within a few hours if emailed during working hours. This is not the case, only a generic email is sent the same day.
