Working with JoAnn Ochman and Nicole Griffin was excellent. I first spoke with JoAnn who answered all my questions and sent me the detailed quote. When I call back to place my order, JoAnn was not available, and Nicole took over the transaction.

I placed the order on Monday, 3/31/2025 and it was delivered on Thursday from CT to SC. Everything came together. The Commander has now been used to pick up last year's leaf fall. It worked great.
