"Missing Umbrella"

In March 2025, we purchased a 6-piece patio dining set. The chairs and table arrived within a week, but two weeks later, we had yet to receive the umbrella, which, according to the tracking number, had been sent. I contacted Alphamarts, and within days, the umbrella was delivered. Great customer service.
We are quite pleased with the sturdy, comfortable, and attractive patio set.

"Decent Quality Patio Furniture & Fire Pit"

I ordered a patio furniture set that included a propane gas fire pit along with a set of four chairs. The product overall was exactly what we wanted for our backyard patio. The chairs are sturdy but comfortable. The gas fire pit is nicely designed, attractive, and sturdy as well. All of the furniture needed to be assembled but the task was fairly easy and when completed no one could tell that it was an assembled system. However, the gas fire pit burner would not ignite. After contacting customer service they sent me instructions to aid in diagnosing the problem. After completing the diagnostics it was determined the gas regulator was defective, so Alpha Mart sent me a replacement part which was easy to install. The company receives high marks for their responsiveness. My only beef is that it took two weeks from the time the furniture arrived until we had a working fire pit. Alpha Mart should do a better job testing their system before shipping them to customers. Nevertheless, overall we are satisfied.

I ordered a five-piece set and one of the seats was messed up. On March 26, 2025, they said a replacement seat was being sent. I still have not received it or any tracking information and it's April 15, 2025.

We are very happy with our patio chairs; so much so that we ordered 2 more. One of the chairs had a broken "foot" but it was quickly mailed to us and easy to insert. Chairs are well made, great color and very comfortable. The whole process was smooth and easy

"10x 20 Ft Heavy Duty Carport"

This year the snow smashed the roof of the carport. Alphamarts was very generous to help me out with replacement parts free of charge. I will install some extra support for the roof to avoid from the same problem next year.
