Dont buy a Costco Membership on Stacksocial! Just buy it from Costco directly. You wont get the $40 giftcard. I havent been a member before so I should get one. However, Costco customer service said they have been having issues with Stacksocial. I reached out to Stacksocial on 4-27-2025 and they wont do refund.,,probably because their customer service is overseas and they dont have any control over the accounts..they are simply the "im sorry to inform you" team.

"Poor business Ethics"
Poor experience with marketing scams. I purchased a lifetime 2TB cloud storage account through StackSocial. It never performed as marketed and shutdown soon after the marketing program and no recourse. Now StackSocial is marketing other lifetime cloud storage. I strongly apprise Y’all that stack social has a history leaving customers out in the cold. I suspect there is just a veneer of ethics. I don’t buy through them anymore

We were unable to get MS Office to activate even after a new license code was given. The purchase was refunded and I ordered it again - this time it installed fine.
While we were unable to get the original purchase activated, the customer service was prompt and tried to help which is deeply appreciated.
