Echt bagger dit!!idd oude treinen, restauratie uren te laat open! Veel te warm en het allerergst niet stoppen op het station waar je opgestapt bent, dus ipv van Rotterdam werd het Breda, Amsterdam centraal werd Bijlmer en nul communicatie. Wij hebben afspraken en anders waren we in Amsterdam uitgestapt zodat we onze afspraken hadden gehaald. Ben benieuwd hoe zo dit gaan compenseren!

Mostly everything was ok but a week before I received mails with error in the departure date and although they assured me that original date was still ok it gives a lot of stress.

Niet hygiënisch, oude trein met véél mankementen (foto's kunnen verkregen worden op aanvraag). Treinmanager was een bruut die geen gehoor had voor onze situatie. Zitten en zwijgen ! Doorgaan veel te warm, terugkeren ontregelde luchtcirculatie (eerst warm, dan koude, ... en zo de hele nacht door). Al veel slaaptreinen genomen, ook op andere continenten. Vaak veel betere condities dan deze bij European Sleeper. Iets oppoetsen en herstellen moet basis service zijn. Dit sloeg echt alles. Hier blijf je best ver van weg. Dit was geen fijne ervaring.

"Harry Potter train "

Had a wonderful time, reliving the experiences of my youth with my teenage children,I'm sure they didn't sleep a wink, too excited being on a "Harry Potter" train.
Buffet car would be nice and I'll looking out for some new routes

It’s confortable and afordable. Would be just nice if the “women wagon” would be for FLINTA* people. There are people that also feel uncomfortable with cis man and feel in danger sleeping next to random men. The people that work at the train are lovely!

I never thought I would use the European sleeper; I usually use the plane to get somewhere, but this experience changed it.

"A Disappointing Experience"

Although their website appears sleek and stylish, the train itself was disappointing. The train we boarded was outdated, and the entire car had no electricity, so the lights didn’t work. On top of that, the air conditioning was broken, and we had to keep the windows open throughout the trip, making the loud wind noise, especially when other trains passed by, incredibly irritating.

The most frustrating part was when I brought this to the staff's attention, and they simply told me it was because we had purchased the cheapest tickets. Does that really mean no lights or air conditioning? If you come across EuroSleep in your search, I’d suggest avoiding it altogether.
