"Ordered birthday rose beginning of…"
Ordered birthday rose beginning of November no indication that it would be pruned . A fully pruned rose delivered to my friend for her birthday , disappointing and embarrassing, quicker with their secateurs than keyboard to update the website to warn roses had been pruned . Dodgy company and too expensive , also mine and all other one star reviews have been removed from their website , never again , shameful !

"Aftercare"
Exemplary service from point of order to aftercare.Even after 6 months a replacement was sent without hesitation & only because I was disappointed with the colour. At all times I was dealt with in a very friendly & efficient manner & the outcome exceeded all expectations.

"I ordered a lemon tree 🌳"
I ordered a lemon tree in May of this year, it is beautiful lots of fruits on it however the lemons didn't seem to be getting very yellow, when I cut into one we realised it was a lime barring in mind it only has a 3month warranty, I emailed Tree2mydoor they couldn't have been more helpful and I have received a replacement Lemon tree.
I would very much recommend Tree2mydoor 👌

"My flowering tree gift didn't grow but replacement quickly organised"
I received a flowering tree gift which failed to thrive throughout the last year. I contacted Tree2mydoor for advice, which I followed. I contacted them again a few months later to show them photographs of my tree and they agreed that it had in fact died. They immediately sorted out a replacement for me which arrived a few days later. Unfortunately this one had been turned upside down in its box and the branches had broken off. I sent photos of this to the team and they apologised and immediately dispatched another one. This arrived in perfect condition ready to plant. I am very impressed with the after care service of the customer service team and I look forward to seeing my tree grow and bloom. I would highly recommend Tree2mydoor.

"My present of a Lemon Tree by DPD…"
My present of a Lemon Tree by DPD arrived in a crushed box, covered with 'resealed with care' stickers. A branch and two lemons had broke off. The next day delivery took 3 days. This was a 90th birthday present. On contacting Tree2mydoor they said they could not guarantee their plants arriving in perfect condition after shipping. The refused a free return or any compensation. Prospective customers be warned.

"Arrived a week after the guaranteed delivery"
Terrible service. Ordered a bush and paid an additional £12.50 for express next day delivery, dehydrated plant received a week later, no apology, no follow up, no nothing, just one excuse after the other. If you want a live plant this is not the company for you, if you like arguing this company will make you very happy. Avoid.

"Poor health lime tree gift"
I received a lime tree as a gift. Sadly, I immediately noticed the presence of mealybugs all over the tree. As a result of course, there was also a fungal disease that had developed thanks to mealybugs. I managed to eradicate the mealybugs, whilst still monitoring the fungal disease. With more inspection, I realised that all limes had surface discoloration with brown patches, which may be a result of some citrus mites or similar... I did not expect to receive such a sick plant. It has become a full time job trying to deal with all of that, and a pain trying to avoid the spread of the infections to other plants... Although the tree itself is very lovely with a good amount of limes, I would not recommend purchasing from this company due to the poor health of the plant.

"Sad-looking, damaged myrtle tree"
I feel so let down by this company. Ordered a myrtle tree for my wedding day and it arrived damaged, with a broken branch. It was also a poor specimen with yellow leaves and lopsided appearance. The packaging was woefully inadequate. The company did not want to know, arguing that the tree will still be able to grow. Returning the tree is expensive (£15) and you have to cover the original postage which seems grossly unfair. They say they sell trees for presents, the tree I received could not be presented to anyone.
