"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I can highly recommend this company as they offer fantastic customer service and were able to resolve a problem I had which was a fault from one of their suppliers. Their communication was excellent throughout and I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again in the future. THANK YOU.

"This company supplied a substandard…"

This company supplied a substandard Diamond wedding anniversary rose which when I drew attention to the poor quality, continually refused to either acknowledge the significance or kept on refusing to redress the situation. I had provided photos of the complete rose as it arrived as well as the open flowers. This compared to the photos advertised on their web site. My complaint was that the rose supplied had no volume being thin, lacking density and with few branches. The flowers themselves when open were more like a wild rose with a single petal array, nothing like their photo.
They were hardly able to accept that my contract was with them and kept on referring it back to the supplier. I spent a lot of time with emails to no avail. In the end I had no choice but to provide it as a present on the occasion. They just couldn’t recognise my disappointment and complaint.
I will never use them again and warn others of potential problems with the this company especially as my request was not unreasonable.

"Disappointing let down."

Purchased a 'large' fig tree as a gift, costing £65. The company assured me it would be at least 3ft tall with plenty green foliage...unlike the specimen tree photo on their website with only 3 leaves.
Tree arrived and box was badly damaged.
"Large tree' measured 2.5 feet tall and not 3ft as assured by company...and had only 3 leaves ! Disappointed I was misled by the company, who provided assurances.....the expensive "large fig tree" was not of the height or quality promised and has only three leaves.
I was offered a 10% refund of the cost and advised to register the tree to qualify for the 12 month guarantee.

"Disgusting customer service"

Disgusting customer service. My wife ordered a lemon tree as a gift for her mother. When opened it was clear the tree was not in good health and had signs of greenfly infestation.

They are denying all responsibility for this and despite having rights to return they are trying to lie their way out of it, going against what their care leaflets even advise!!

"Very disappointing experience"

Very disappointing experience - with 2 weeks notice, I ordered a memorial gift to commemorate the anniversary of a significant family loss. Despite 2 notifications to advise me that the gift had been despatched, it has never arrived and I have had to chase to find out where it was (still unknown).
There seems to be no acknowledgement that moment and message has now been lost - the best they offered was to re-send it after the event and a £9 voucher to be used against a future order. I have no intention of ever using them again and don’t recommend anyone else does either.

"Very disappointed"

Ordered for anniversary tomorrow, including gift card. Courier got to a mile or so away then tracking stopped. Email message sorry we missed you. Will try again (i.E. for the first time) on May 2nd. So three days after anniversary and heaven knows what state the tree will be in by then. No obvious way to contact them on website. Very disappointed!

"The one and only time I will use them!"

The one and only time I will use them! The small myrtle tree turned out to be a tiny stump of a bush - no stem - several centimetres less than the shortest measure given in the size range on the website. It arrived in a tree box four-and-a-half times the "tree's" height. They want me to pay £15 to return it even though it is not as described. Only after a chat with Trading Standards. I think they are gambling that most of their customers are sending a gift and the recipient won't say anything.

"Totally let down"

No delivery on designated day before Christmas. No customer service help. Finally gave up in new year and ordered another tree from elsewhere as so embarrassed not to have sent a gift, then tree was delivered 2 weeks late in a bad state due to lack of care in depot. Delivery charge refunded. Too embarrassed to ask elderly gift recipient to organise return, so no refund. Embarrassed, stressed, out of pocket and let down.

"Completely let down and no contact"

Ordered tree with a lot of notice for delivery on 16 December. Received call from courier company to say tree can’t be delivered. No reply on phone from tree 2 my door. No contact from them whatsoever. Will be mission trying to get refund by the looks of it. How disappointing. Can’t recommend on the strength of this experience
