"I would give zero stars if possible"
I would give zero stars now, if possible. An updated review, based on the fact that I was texted by a driver to say that he had two parcels for me on 15/04, and to get in touch to make delivery arrangements. I texted back to say around 16:00 that day would be fine. I was then told that it wouldn’t be that day (why text me before 9:00 am in the morning if you weren’t prepared to deliver it then??). I was then told it would be delivered on the 16/04. Never came. I was then told the 17/04. Never came. I was fed up by that point so I got on to the seller by copying them in to an email thread, and it seems now that the parcels have gone missing somewhere / were sent to the wrong address because GLS are claiming that they have been delivered. Well, I advise companies to avoid partnering with GLS. I will now have to escalate with PayPal if this doesn’t get resolved - no items, and charged for the privilege! What a joke!

"Disgrace beyond Belief"
Shipping from this company a number of times and there has always been a delay with delivery, Gls are the worst delivery company in Ireland! Full stop. Never expect an on time delivery from this company. Disgrace beyond belief. Really disappointed

I have used this delivery service several times, everything was always good, but unfortunately my last parcel was mistakenly delivered to a different address (sometimes troubles happen), but thanks to the prompt and timely intervention of Paige Radford from GLS Customer Service , this problem was resolved quite quickly.

I would not recommend this company to anyone trying to find out why my parcel hasn’t been delivered since early last week tracking is a joke several emails over and back and then told it was delivered tonight at 20.04 while customer service told me the deliver up to 6pm No parcel delivered just look at all the negative reviews this company needs to be investigated

"GLS Support Was A Pleasure To Deal With"
Gonna be honest but the initial service from GLS was not ideal but issues can happen.
What I really must add was that Emma from Customer Support was exceptional to deal with. Considerate and understanding and promptly resolved my issue and any subsequent requests.
Emma from Customer Support deserves a huge thank you and 5 stars.

Claimed to have delivered my parcel - I was home no one delivered a parcel or made any attempt to contact me. No photo of delivered item. Forced to call an expensive 1800 number to enquire to happened (long waiting times).

"2 months waiting to get a resolution on…"
2 months waiting to get a resolution on a lost package from B&Q.
Got an email notification to say package was delivered - it wasn't. Raised this issue with GLS customer support, they looked into it and admitted they were at fault.
But GLS wouldn't notify B&Q or give me any kind of reference number. They said I had to get B&Q to reach out to them to resolve the issue. So now I'm chasing B&Q customer service like a jackals, still not sorted.
I would never choose GLS as a courier based on this interaction

Terrible service – DO NOT USE GLS
I dropped off my suitcase on March 12 at one of GLS’s authorized drop-off locations for it to be shipped to Italy. According to their own service, the delivery was supposed to take about a week. Today is April 3, more than three weeks later, and I still haven’t received my suitcase or any reliable updates.
From the very beginning, the tracking status never updated in the app. I called customer service countless times, and every time, I got vague responses or false promises. They told me they would send a driver to pick up my suitcase, but nothing happened. I called again, and no one could give me any real information. To this day, I have no idea if my suitcase is lost, stuck somewhere, or if it just vanished into GLS’s black hole.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund for the service I paid for and compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused. I strongly advise against using GLS if you don’t want to waste your time, money, and risk losing your belongings.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
One month waiting for a delivery and have been feed on the phone with different promises. Sent them an email with invoices and other stuff like they asked just to be lied to. In the end the package is lost and the tracking is showing that after a month it is returning to the sender.
