Was expecting delivery today with GLS. Was home all day and then in the evening I received an email that package has been delivered. Nothing left at the door or anywhere else. Probably delivered to the wrong address. So annoyed. Cannot get in touch with customer service as phone lines are closed for the night.

"Express delivery: 2 months, no Parcel, no update"

GLS is unprofessional at best, practicing theft at worst. I have ordered a parcel 2 months ago, paid extra for express delivery, contacted GLS after the parcel got stuck in Germany for over a week and was told it was due to a sudden increase in requests. I waited another 2 weeks only to find out my parcel history was terminated and no update was given to me about my parcel. I am now without a parcel and with no real support from GLS. If you're a seller: do not use GLS for any of your shipments.

"Terrible service"

Like most people on here, I had a very bad experience with this delivery company. They had the parcel in the country for 10 days and I lost count of the number of excuses they had for not delivering even though they had all the necessary details. When they did deliver they did the usual carrier trick of leaving the parcel in the rain, even though I was in the house. Didn't check to see if they were in the right place. Probably the worst carrier of a bad lot. Do they train their drivers to treat their customers this way I wonder?

"Totally disappointed"

Totally disappointed. GLS delivery driver failed to read the eircode and to contact customer, thus having my phone number, so parcel was not delievered 'due to wrong address'. WTF. Tried to contact them by phone, 'no operatives available'. So had to visit their station in person, was met there by some unhappy-with-life person and collected my parcel. Moreover, my car was under repair at the moment, so I had to transport four 17 tyres on my bycicle, walking 8 km with them! Guys, I work in delievery myself, if you have an eircode and a customer's number, you have all you need to make a successful delievery, just believe me. Even to apartments, it doesn't matter. If I could put them 0, I'd like to do so.
