Extremely Disappointing Service - Unacceptable Delay and Poor Communication
I am beyond frustrated with the complete lack of professionalism and communication from GLS. I shipped a package with them in the first week of December 2024, and not only has the package gone missing, but I have also had to follow up multiple times with no response.
It has now been over six days since I last contacted them, and I am still waiting for any kind of update or resolution. The delay is completely unacceptable, and the fact that GLS has been unable to locate the package only leads me to assume it has been lost.
What’s even more infuriating is the utter lack of customer service. I’ve received no useful communication, and it’s incredibly difficult to get any answers.
This entire experience has been a complete nightmare, and I will not be using GLS again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Absolutely appalling service all around.

"GLS Fail Yet Again."
Yet again GLS have failed to deliver my post. Tracking information says they need more address info. They have my address and mobile number. Contacted sender and asked that they provide 'info' to GLS. They did and still No result. They either don't deliver or hand packeage over to An Post. GLS are absolute rubbish.

Package delivered to the wrong address on friday 10th jan 2025. Contacted gls and package was retrieved.
Courier called and said will deliver tue by the end of the day. No delivery still on wed 15th jan.
Bad form and untrustworthy service.
Will stay clear from gls in the future at all cost.

"Incompetent"
Parcel was supposed to be picked up 10 days ago. To this day still not picked up. Have cancelled and requested a full refund. Never again. Multiple calls to their call center with no joy.

The usual, parcel not delivered. Undeliverable Like others I hate seeing GLS as delivery company. I live in a rural area so beginning to wonder if towns get priority. Two parcels in the last week missing in action. Not holding out hope for the third to be delivered on time or seeing the first two within the next week.
Update: Three packages arrived the same day left out in the rain at another house. Some damage. Going to make sure from on not purchasing from
anywhere that uses GLS.

I Find it hard to believe how bad the experience has been here. Two week before christmas I ordered something from a German Shop. 20th dec was quoted the latest arrival. Its now Jan 12th and the tracking hasn't changed nor has their lack of info.
I will not shop with another store that uses Gls . Horrid experience

GLS has to be the worse courier company world wide my order has been delayed since before CHRISTMAS customer service do not want to help I called today only to be hung up on after 40 minutes i finally called again and a lady spoke to me very rude on the phone ,non national I am never using Gls again

I wish there was a score less then 1 star ,I've been waiting nearly a month for an order to come from Spain,this company is a joke but companies on the continent still use them ,how are they still in business,there should be an ombudsman that you could report them to

"Worst couriers in Ireland "
GLS are the worst courier company in the country. My heart sinks when I get tracking information and I see the courier is GLS. If your package is due on a Friday, no it isn't, they will mark it undeliverable half way through the day and say the door wasn't answered even though you've been sat facing the road all day. I feel sorry for the poor customer service staff, they must get dogs abuse. I never have a problem with DPD, Fastway, UPS or any of the smaller firms, they all always find my address whether they use the eircode or the road address and make the delivery the day they're supposed to. Every single time apart from one GLS have marked my package undeliverable and then I have to go through days on the phone chasing it. Absolute shambles
