Absolutely shocking service, if I could give it o stars I would.
My package arrived yesterday clearly tampered with and nothing inside.
I only noticed when I took it inside but made it back out intime to catch the driver before he left. Not jumping to the worst conclusion at first I asked him could he please check the back of his van as the box was loose or tampered with and it might have falling out and I was basically told “no go away”.
We tried to show him the box and asked him again to please check the van. He basically laughed at us told us he carried it right beside him all day (which I highly doubt) and to go away again. It was a Swarovski necklace for my daughter for Christmas and it’s stated on the label where its origin is from which leads me to believe who ever is tampering with the packages knew its value. Not only was the necklace removed but also its reciept (probably for proof of authenticity)
This has left me so upset as it’s so close to Christmas and also that there is companies with employees that would do this to people.
I have contacted manufacturers and gls Ireland and will update once I get clarification of how this will be dealt with.

se suponia que llegaba en 3 dias, y cuando va y me dice que esta entregado el paquete está a 10km de mi casa. Que clase de porqueria es esto? No es tan dificil entregar un maldito paquete :)

Words fail me. Tracking info totally unreliable. Delivered item even though I'd stated I would refuse delivery and they confirmed they'd return item to seller by e mail on 14th Nov. Its now the 25th Nov and tracking last updated on 19th Nov. I've made several calls but now i give up.

A zero if possible! I've been buying petfood from Zooplus for years. Their most recent courier DPD were fine... never a problem. Then they changed to GLS. GLS are a total, complete and utter disaster! They DO not deliver, they pretend to deliver and they do not give a damn! A pity, I am going to have to find an alternative supplier because I am not going to use anybody that uses GLS

Drivers signing for the packages and leaving at door for anyone to take.
Managed to deliver dog food to someone else 7km away and had to chase up to try and get it back.

Got my delivery in time by Ryan,lovely chap ,I got emails in regards to my package, tracking and delivery,not an issue , personally,I would use this company again !

How to avoid dealing with this company when buying from Zooplus.
I never want to use this delivery service again. The delivery date is never predictable. There is no way to change the time or place of delivery. Despite my request on the phone to have it delivered the next day, they left it with a neighbour without my permission!

"Not contacted about delivery although when rang customer service, was told I would be called"
I was waiting on delivery of an Emma Mattress and when I range the GLS customer service line I said I was not at home and asked if they would call me when the delivery was close by or at least give an approximate timeframe. I was told that they would. I was not called and my mattress was delivered somewhere else but I was not even informed where it was delivered. This is extremely poor service.

Only that I had to give a star to give a review this company would be getting no star...without a doubt the worst company to deal with..if you live out of the way at all well tough you don't get your delivery or if the driver hasn't time to deliver because you are last on his run as I have been told well hard luck again you don't get your delivery either you'll get an email at 9pm at night to say .sorry we couldn'treach you today!!...I'm waiting on an urgent delivery and the first attempt to deliver was Nov 8th its Nov 12th still have not got it....absolutely outrageous service from GLS I wouldn't recommend then to pick up or deliver a paper clip!!!!

One star is too much for this corporation and the men and women that work for it.
They damaged a large delivery by throwing it over the gate onto the ground with no regard for my property.
They never paid for the damage, and refused to.
Its time to take it to the courts for damages plus expenses, if there is enough surance claims then they have a big problem.
