"Great service"

Gustavo has been delivering to me my packages for the last little while, and he's always been friendly and carries everything inside for me, and there is sometimes is a lot of packages!
I'm actually shocked at the amount of bad reviews. As a company GLS has been delivering to me packages weekly for 2 years straight and I've never had an issue. There's always an email with a tracking number and you know the day its going to arrive.

The service the company provides its absolute absurd . The driver refuse to deliver my package. Give me abuse over the phone . Treating me that he knows where I live . The company refused to do anything about it . Never use this courier company. They are ridiculous.
