"One star only because I had to give…"

One star only because I had to give one. My parcel was received by gls on the 3 of November 2023. Its now the 20 of November and still no parcel 8 days from cork to West cork. I think they must be delivering by foot.

Genuine customer. I have a tracking no if needed

"Poor customer service and late delivery"

The tracking app is not very good my item has been out for delivery since the 8th and says expected to be delivered during the day but still no parcel, no response to emails sent either and customer service agent on the phone was no help in telling me where my parcel is or when it would actually be delivered

"Returned package to sender"

Returned package to sender, claiming my address was incomplete. Never bothered to contact me. No phone call, no email. My address was complete with eircode. What more do they want? Tracking information wasn't available either. Useless.

Horrendous company to deal with. Parcel was sent then got lost in their warehouse. I had to go chasing its whereabouts. When it was eventually found it looked like it had gone 10 rounds with Tyson!! Contacted customer service had to send in pictures, I've no problem with that. Then get told its not really their problem.

NEVER will I use them again!

I was happy with the delivery. The courier rang the doorbell. Many other couriers don't, unfortunately. I was surprised that the GLS website didn't give a time period for delivery - for example, usually the courier tracking web page states something for example, 'the package will arrive between 11am and noon', etc.

"Respect for drivers, but customer service…"

I got notification today in the morning that my parcel will be delivered today.. at afternoon i called them 2 times and they told me “ dont worry, its on the way and will be delivered til 5:30pm, didnt happen… i wrote email 2 times… didnt get answer…
And at 9:14pm i got notification that the parcel could not be delivered due traffic problems..😂
I believe they are under pressure( the drivers) but the customer service could do more then f”ping in the office please?

"This company is absolutely rubbish"

This company is absolutely rubbish and just doesn’t listen to customers, I have rarely had a delivery without any issues, most often delivery failed because they say no one was home, delivery is then rerouted back to main hub and will take days to be rerouted, instructions for second delivery attempt such as leave package in porch may be ignored and the failed delivery will again be rerouted to main hub, expect two weeks to receive delivery within Ireland unless you spend all day in your house!

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolute shambles of a company, I don’t understand how they are still in business. My parcel has been sitting at their depot with no movement for a week. Rang customer service who can’t help! Had exactly the same issue last year with them too. I will be cancelling any order that uses Gls in the future.
