"Slow times"

They've had my package status as "The customs documents are being prepared." for the past week, Fastway and AN Post sort that stuff out straight away but GLS likes to take their time

edit: it's been more than 2 weeks and it's still "being prepared"...

"Poor service"

Had a delivery of wheels and tyres due on site it said they were out for delivery that day,did not arrive phoned the service desk was told driver ran out of time and that they deliver every other day, so told person on phone I would be away on holiday the next week and was told they would be delivered before,still no delivery phoned on Friday was told they were loaded on van and be delivered that day, did not arrive.
Got a phone call from friends passing house while I was away to say there were 2 wheels in my driveway for anyone to pick up, friend took them for me.
But got no phone call from delivery driver when told they had my number.
Very poor service.

Emailed as asked below pasted and copied email above with details of order reply was driver ran out of time and they will be delivered today, so email wasn't even read, seems to be standard go to reply.

"Pretty unbelievable ’customer service’…"

Pretty unbelievable ’customer service’ here. A package from Temu arrived at GLS Dublin a week ago today. I was told it was with customs, would be cleared next day and I’d have it the following day. It’s now 7 days and it’s status is still the same as it was a week ago. No updates, despite numerous requests from me. I spoke to a lady this morning and she was apologetic but unable to shed any light. I was promised a call pre-midday that, big surprise, never came so I called back. Spoke to a guy with an English accent and boy did he have an attitude. Made me feel that it was almost my own fault this package hasn’t yet arrived. The lack of transparency is shocking as is the lack of customer interaction. I’ve dealt with some bad couriers in my time, but this crowd are by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. I will never order from Temu again and that’s no reflection on Temu. It’s a reflection on their choice of delivery service. It’s appalling. If I could give a no stars review I would.

Update:
I’ve been told by the customer service manager that it’s an issue between Customs and Temu. If that is the case my point is that I should have been notified of this issue. I wasn’t, in my many contacts with GLS over the past week.

"Gls scammers driver said he delivered…"

Gls scammers driver said he delivered it to two different addresses but never did as i contacted these neighbors shein said not there fault its was delivered ,well it looks like gls are firging ppls signatures and stealing parcels

"Great experience"

Great experience. Two orders. Delivered quickly, and the drivers were really nice too. On the second one, I wasn't going to be home, and it was really easy to switch the day.

No complaints here!

"AVOID!!!!!"

AVOID!!!!!! Absolute Joke. Avoid doing any business with them. I hope all companies look to other delivery companies to partner with. They don't care about there customers or there parcels. Package was delivered to wrong address miles away in a different town. How they can't read eircodes is beyond me. Customer care don't even get back to you, you have to keep chasing them. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

"Second day now no parcel"

Second day now no parcel, should be delivered during the day and as I suspected nothing with again excuse
"Traffic problems" strange this only affects them and not other couriers who deliver without problem coming from same area. Home all day, and even set up a drop location in case we both are away.

Update,
Finally after 8 days yes delivery, problem is that it was a fresh product, but luckily well protected, in cooling box and still good.
Will try to avoid companies working with them in the future.

"No package received, lies and forged signature"

My parcel was marked as delivered though I never received jt, security cameras prove that no package was delivered. Driver insists he left it in the porch yet somehow the docket was signed? So obviously a forged signature. Didn’t reply to my message on the online forum

"UNTRUSTWORTHY"

I really don’t know how this company are still in business. The service provided is absolutely the worst I’ve encountered. I ran a small business before and I would have never tolerated this company delivering to my customers. TWO of my parcels have BEEN LOST ? The first one was 8th August. Waited every day as I was OUT FOR DELIVERY according to the tracking NEVER ARRIVED … then last day said on the tracking “ COULD NOT BE DELIVERED BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC PROBLEMS “ ? Now it is SEPTEMBER and it still says it’s in the PARCEL CENTER and EVERY DAY I’m told it’s going out PRIORITY? The second parcel was marked as DELIVERED . I never received it. After a LOT of conversations the driver finally rang me said he had PUT IT ABOVE MY LETTERBOX. I live in apartment block with access only by key. Long story short . I told him I would have security look at the camera in the hallway. He then BACKED DOWN and said .. maybe the parcel wasn’t for you?? What happens to customers who can’t prove these parcels are not delivered. WHY are the couriers allowed to mark parcels as DELIVERED when then have not asked for a signature or taken a photo like most couriers? I will try my best when buying online not to have GLS deliver my items . I feel that the staff are not to be trusted

"Terrible service"

Terrible service, status of package claims delivery was unsuccessful as I was absent but this is not true as I waited all day and no one even attempted to contact me or even make a delivery. Honestly have no idea how this company is still operational.
