"Delivered to wrong address and didn’t call me"
Apparently the drive couldn’t find the door to my building and instead of calling me, he delivered to the lobby of another residential building, to which I have no access to recover my parcel.
And I only found out about it because I called customer support, because on the signature note it only says: lobby. It doesn’t say it was the next block building lobby.
I have no idea how I’ll get my parcel now, IF I’ll get it… it is outrageous
Oh, and the trustpilot review score they show on their webpage is fake, because it shows above 4 points

"Missing package and forge signature"
I've receive a email saying my package was delivered and my signature was sign which it wasn't by me! I've checked with the neighbours and surrounding area nothing! I put my eircode in my order and it shouldn't be missed!
I've email customers service and they are taking their time to get back to me..I'm deaf unable to ring in this is my only communication and it's very frustrating having to wait to see where my package is gone I feel robbed and disappointed in this service..I will be taking this matter further as alot of money went into this!

"Got a delivery today"
Got a delivery today, the driver decided to throw my items over my garden gate , because maybe opening the gate is a little complicated? I confronted him over this action and his reply “ it’s only clothing in the package “ how did he know ? I have it all captured on video the absolute cheek of him ! I’m disgusted by this service !

Worst service. Just fired my parcel over my gate even though I was home and my puppy was just about to chew box. I’ve had 4 parcels delivered recently belonging to my neighbour different postcode to mine. Puppy damaged parcels including an iPhone she ordered due to parcel not being left in save place

Didn't attempt to go to the front door. Literally got out of the van and left parcel on wall in the pouring rain.
Lazy and rude. Didn't like that I was watching him , and when I confronted him about his delivery

So I work later then most was home waiting for a package. No knock but a email that it had been delivered I went down nothing outside. I then looked around all are normal hidden spots and nothing. Ok I'm worried did it get stolen. I called there customer service and the first person I spoke to was pleasant helped clam me told me that the delivery person left it at a house up the road from me . Not great but ok I sad please stay on the line and walked to the house knocked and they answered and nope no package. So she informed me that the driver will contact me and ends the call. I go around to a few more neighbours asking it's now half 11. I have to go to work so I think I'll call again and tell them that I won't be home and where to leave the package when they do deliver it . Back story I worked in a call centre for years and know what it's like so I never raise my voice I know how it's done. So I explained and Jennifer the person who answers was just Rude and dismissive informed me I have to email in and that's all I can do I asked why and she gave a large sign said that's policy then tryed to end the call I said don't hang up on me I'm not happy I want to speak to a manager she said there isnt one. I said love I know the delay get me a manager don't tell me that she said no and HUNG UP ON ME !!! just awful rude

I have a small business and would receive 2 to 3 parcels per day, all are delivered I'm a timely manner, but then is GLS I had two parcels delivered by them, one at 10. 15 pm and the other at 10.30 pm , there was a 3rd, which was delivered at 8.45 pm so has to be the worst courier service out there , I complained to them, despite a very nice girl who I delt with on the phone, it got no better.

"I'd have walked to pick up my delivery quicker"
Snail slow, from my package data being entered to their system 10 days ago, the package is coming from Finland and is still slowly travelling throughout Europe, currently in Germany. If I walked to Finland from Ireland I'd get it quicker. Not a one off, my last delivery took 15 days start to finish. I'm not sure how this company are still in business.

"My packet was delivered by Knock Depot"
My packet was delivered by Knock Depot. The sender clearly labelled packet " Please deliver to door. Do not leave at gate or inside wall." in large lettering written with a black marker. The packet was left at the gate. There was a large hole in the plastic bag which meant that, had it been raining, the feather and down filling of the enclosed coat would have been irreparably damaged. What an abominable service.
