"Absolutely terrible service"

Absolutely terrible service . Each time I order my package to be picked up GLS is always late and never pick up packages on time.
I payed delivery through Eurosender and booked pick up date three days ago and GLS needed to pick up package today between 9am -6pm . I am all day at home waiting for my package to be picked up and again they did not come . Disgraceful.

When my tracking says delivered I was confused, email GLS and found out that the driver sent my parcel to my "neighbor" instead of my actual address!!!! I waited all day for it and no one rang the bell or even knocked the door!! This is ridiculous!!! Even if they are leaving it at my door would be way better than leaving it to strangers!!!!!! Now I will probably never see my parcel again ! I am so ANGRY about this and how could a delivery company even DO this?????? Why do I even bother to put my address on my parcel when they just delivered to STRANGERS??????

"GLS STOLE MY DELIVERY"

I tracked my parcel and it stated that it was delivered. It wasn't delivered to me! I called GLS customer service who tracked it and located where it was delivered to - NOWHERE near my address. What a joke. They responded that they messaged the driver to retrieve this parcel and get it redelivered correctly, but if I don't hear from him this evening to get in contact with GLS again tomorrow... very angry at this point. It's been hours, and evening time now when I write this review for TrustPilot, and no word or follow-up. I will continue to follow-up until my parcel is delivered to me, or I am compensated for this. Zero stars for this experience.

Driver was very courteous and waited for me to answer the door… lots of others ring the bell and leave !!
I had never heard of GLS until today, but was very pleasantly surprised by this driver …. he explained to me when I asked, where does GLS come from ?
I really hope to see more of GLS in the future 🤗

Not the first time gls let me down, 2 weeks and still no delivery…and in the delivery day, the parcel was put with the wrong driver! Terrible company, go with any other delivery company but please stay away from GLS!

"Absolute nightmare"

This absolute sh*tsh*w of an outfit is only getting one star because the system won't allow me to give zero. Their nasty little courier delivered my parcel to the wrong house then harrassed me. Three weeks and counting of what I can only describe as criminal levels of farce have continued and I've spent hours trying to get them to do their basic job. I have never in my life come across a more incompetent courier. Do not buy anything if it's delivered by GLS. Tell the vendor to switch to another courier.
