"Delivered but not to me- recovered after"

I was tracking my parcel and states it was delivered. Guess what? Not to me! Don't know who signed it or who has my package but it surely isn't me! Now have to download a form and send it, but still doesn't solve the problem that my package is missing and someone else is enjoying my purchase!

Update: I have now updated to 5 start, because after getting I'm contact with costumer service, they told me the driver was trying to retrieve my package, which he has and has since been delivered to me! Thank you for such a speedy resolution!

"should be zero"

should be zero, delivered and signed for....... not my house not my signature. been told by customer services to send email to complain...so what do they do at customer services hotline ????
WHO SIGNED ? the driver me thinks, dumping on wrong door step whilst fleeing.......and more importantly where's my parcel???? This is no way to carry on,poor show.

"Hands down the worst alleged courier…"

Hands down the worst alleged courier company i have ever dealt with. Too lazy to deliver my parcel nothing but evasive and every member of staff there is a fully qualified spoofer. Avoid like the plague. 0 star rating.

"Ghost delivery"

Followed the tracking details, all going as normal then went to delivered, great!! But checked and no parcel. Gave benefit of doubt by afternoon nothing. Called CS rep said keep phone beside you. That was yesterday, it's now after 5pm still nothing. Absolute joke, never have issues with Amazon or DPD. Will update to let everyone know how they solve their problem...

"Worst customer service of all time"

Please let me know - how on earth is one supposed to go to work, make a living, take care of children, or generally go about one's life when a service like this exists that forces you to sit at home and wait for them from 9 am to 6 pm? They fail to provide even the most general window - a simple 'morning' or 'afternoon' would be nice. I have now lost a full day's work and it is nearly evening.

After calling and emailing, nobody at this company was able to provide me with an indication of when to expect the driver to arrive. To add to this, it took me ages to reach them, as their phone-line wouldn't work for half of the day. When I finally received a reply to my email (having signed off with my name - Alexandra) - this is what they wrote...

'Hi Alex,

I don't have a time for this, we are just a 9am-6pm service.

Apologies for that.

"ní thugann siad cac"

Claims to deliver throughout Europe. Seems the North is not in Europe. After arrival in Ireland they refused to complete an international delivery in what seems to be a case of political or perceived religious bias against the North of Ireland.
Unfortunately this site does not have a zero star rating.
They have posted an automated reply to my review asking me to get in touch with them. I was in touch with them before writing the review but they could not bother their barney to reply. Also, I must note that I am required to moderate the type of language I would like to use to refer to them on this site.

"Three days late and then when delivered…"

Three days late and then when delivered today it was dumped outside and the cardboard box was soaked. The goods inside were wet too . So annoyed

"Package never arrived."

Ordered a package from SHEIN and was sent a email by GLS this morning that my package was supposed to arrive “during the day”. It never came. Seeing so many other people dealing with the same issue. What a con job!
