No facility for getting notifications from tracking by text or email. Even if you go to check tracking yourself every day you have no idea what day the attempted delivery will take place on until the actual day itself when it will say "The parcel is expected to be delivered during the day" . All other delivery options do this now and let you know the day before. They will also give you an estimation of the delivery time window. Even if you check the tracking for GLS online yourself you will have no idea what time the driver may be around at. This is 2023 now. Not 2013....

No star !!!! this company should not be allowed to operate.
Sending emails saying it’s delivered when it had not .
Signing your name when it’s not your signature.., it’s disgraceful.
When you phoned the company, they promise you, they will sort it but no result.
Before I buy online anymore, I will check what company is delivering my parcel if it happens to be GLS I will not place the order as I know I won’t receive it!
Very disappointed and unhappy customer.

"They are by far one of the worst…"
They are by far one of the worst delivery services in the country next to ups. They’re tracking system will tell you it’s out for delivery when it’s still in the warehouse and then you’re left with no package over the weekend because they are that incompetent that they can’t update their tracking accurately. This is the 6th time my package has been out for delivery but never actually made it out of the depot. Beyond ridiculous.

"Stole my package"
My package was opened and everything inside was stolen out of it. They obviously took advantage of the fact that there were no cars in the drive and stole the contents of my package. Absolute disgrace and I can’t contact customer support until Monday.

"DISGUSTED!!!!"
I am disgusted once again, this is the second time this has happened to me, I rang up this morning and asked about my parcel I was told it would be here today and it didn’t come! the last time I was suppose to get it, it didn’t come either!! I am disgusted with the service, SHEIN need to change their DELIVERY services!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!! I got an email of shein to say my item has been delivered when it hasn’t! What is worse is I was talking to the manager the last time she said it wouldn’t happen again, but oh look we are here again!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible experience. I live in an apartment building. Driver did not call or text when "delivering" if he delivered at all. I was sent an email at 12:24 saying "parcel has been delivered to requested address". My apartment building does not have a delivery room, only a post room that an post has key to, hence every other delivery driver has made calls to not only myself, but other residents to come collect. When I called customer service, I was first told to check a centra nearby because the parcel might be there. The centra near me IS NOT A COLLECTION POINT. They did not have my parcel, I confirmed with centra employees, the THEY NEVER COLLECT PARCELS. I called a second time to tell them no parcels anywhere and that I am appalled at the lack of calls or texts. The customer service agent was extremely rude and condescending towards me a told me in his exact words " the drivers is not obliged to make any calls or texts". Even if it is an apartment building? Not to mention the customer service agent tried to gaslight me and said that It could be that the driver had called but I didn't receive it because I didn't have cell service. In 2023, it is extremely extremely rare to not have cell service and is a blatant lie on his behalf. Horrible horrible service, rude customer service agents. I still don't have the parcel that I needed for tomorrow, they have told me I wont get it until the 26th.

this company is actually mental. I think they drive around with the packages pretending to be couriers. They have my parcel for ten days and have refused to contact me or give me any more details other that the package is out for delivery or back at the depot. I am really sorry that my retailer chose this carrier.

"bad service"
No stating times, so delivery all times which is fine but Got no calls and I send to a business address expect businesses to be open all night in case gls driver might arrive. They never answer their emails, eventually answered the phone but not a lot help.
