"Packages pilferaged, misrouted and fail customer service"
İ placed an order to send out my 8 packages from wertheim, Germany to Paris,France. All of my packages never reached the receiver until the receiver came to the depot himself directly to pickup the goods. Surprisingly only 3 packages were there, and all of the boxes was clearly opened and resealed by this Courrier as the boxes were damaged/broken and open holes. After we itemize, we suffered loss and clearly my goods were pilferaged. 1 box returned to shipper but they misrouted the box to Ireland. 4 boxes returned to shipper.
Customer service from GLS havent responded my 3rd email inquiry and their call center is total failure, no one pickup even after 10 minutes wait. İ will escalate this through legal process and respective authority.
Avoid dealing with this company, they don't care of their customer.

"Worst delivery experience ever"
Worst delivery experience ever. I ordered from a company who use GLS. I specified a drop off point at my home for delivery. Received an email stating parcel had been delivered at specified drop off point. Arrived home and there was no parcel. Phoned GLS and a lady put me on hold while she contacted the driver. She then told me someone had come out of the house while he was delivering it and that he gave it to them. I told her that it was the wrong house as both my husband and I were out. Our house is second last on a cul de sac and she proceeded to say the driver went to the end house. Have now asked the neighbours at that house and it was not delivered there. GLS are now closed for the weekend and I have no idea where my parcel is. The driver had my eircode and the houses are numbered, so there is no excuse for this. Completely negligent on the part of GLS and not looking forward to the hassle I will no doubt have in getting someone to take responsibility and get reimbursed.
**Update - 6 days on and multiple phone calls, wasted time and energy and GLS are still giving me the run around. I will say the customer service agents have been very good and were doing what they could to resolve it and I now have a GPS screenshot proving that the driver was not at my address. The agents confirmed that GLS are indeed responsible for what happened and would resolve it with the seller but clearly those higher up than the customer service agents are a complete disgrace and are still trying to absolve themselves. They have still done nothing to resolve the issue with the seller and their system is still stating the parcel was delivered to me. I have to keep contacting them and am getting nowhere. The seller is refusing to comply with their obligations to issue a refund under EU consumer law and spouting equal amounts of rubbish as GLS. I have now had to open a dispute case with PayPal to get them to intervene and have told GLS I want an email confirming that the driver went to the incorrect address so I can provide paypal with proof. No doubt that email will not be sent to me either. I'm just relieved I purchased through PayPal. Avoid this courier if at all possible.

"Really unhappy"
I placed an order with a company who use GLS couriers.
I chose a designated specific location for them to leave my parcel. Got the email saying it would be delivered at some point today. Received an email at 14.37 saying it was delivered at 14.57 🤔... Arrived home to no parcel, no delivery docket nothing. It wasn't delivered. Very bad practice and would not be ordering from anyone who uses GLS again if I can help it. Causes unnecessary stress waiting till next working day to call and figure out where your parcel is.

Book GLS to send two boxes through Eurosender.
Still waiting for the driver to pick them up... reschedule pick up date 3 times and nothing.
Called both companies to confirm pick up and still no service.
If you are looking for a good service don't use GLS

"I hate that I have to select 1 star."
I hate that I have to select 1 star.
They have had my parcel for 15 days now. Besides the fact the customer service is shocking - but I mean you would in fact need to be getting service to even rate this.
I have received sarcastic, snarly replies, they do not use correct grammar or punctuation ( which honestly led me to believe I was being scammed ).
After about 9 days of them having my parcel, they finally admit their driver delivered it to the wrong place.
You would imagine he would go back and get it or check on it? Nope- not even an update or confirmation he has tried.
My €200 package is sitting in someone else’s house and GLS couldn’t care less.
To say they are a disgrace is an understatement and they would drive you to dispair.
Will be making a note everytime I order online that I will not be accepting this lot as a courier.

"A total disgrace"
A total disgrace, my parcel has been in delivery in the same day for 4 days. I have called several times to customer service and they have notified the driver and they told me that the driver would call me but he hasnt called me. Absolutely disgraceful service.

If I could rate this company zero I would!! Absolute disgrace!! They have advised me for 2 whole weeks that it will be delivered on that day...no sign! Got delivery notification to say it had been delivered on the 10th of Oct no sign. I work from home. Noone came into the drive. My husband found the parcel thrown into the ditch at the end of our house while taking in the bins this evening. The driver must have opened the window and thrown it as he was driving. And it is lashing rain! I am absolutely furious

GLS delivered my parcels twice. Twice there were no problems. The first time the driver even called me in advance to make sure I was home. No complaints.
