"Drop off points per gls website not accurate"
Had a prepaid label, looked up local drop off points on gls website in my surrounding area. Took it to closest drop off point per the gls website, however I was advised they do not accept gls parcels. Surely not that much time to keep drop off points updated on website. Very frustrating!!!

"No Parcel"
The tracking system shows the parcel as delivered even though no one ever knocked at my door. Wasn't even contacted before the delivery in any way. I waited a week for an expensive package to arrive only for GLS to tell me it was delivered without even a single attempt to deliver it.

"GLS were simply wonderful"
GLS were simply wonderful! Got my parcel delivered to work however, reception were closed therefore GLS customer support contacted me regarding this matter. It was so reassuring that I was informed parcel would be delivered the next day. Laura and Sarah from customer support kept me updated re the status of my parcel delivery and as soon as delivered I was notified. The speedy replies and communication from the support team was outstanding. Their support and kindness is very much appreciated. Thanks so much all at GLS!

Was very happy with a service , the courier called me to let know my delivery arrived I wasn't at home and I did ask to leave in on top of the mail boxes , I was very happy he called and did ask what to do ! So delicately 5 stars for the courier ( forgat to ask the name ) but it wS in Dunlin 7 area around 4pm

"Waiting on a parcel that was due to be…"
Waiting on a parcel that was due to be delivered yesterday (thurs august 4th) Tracking info then changed to say that they could not deliver it due to traffic. Package was then supposed to arrive today (fri aug 5th) and nothing. Zero response to emails sent. So annoyed as the package was due to be a gift for an occasion tomorrow. Won’t order from a company that uses GLS ever again.

"GLS did it again"
Here we go again. GLS tracking says parcel was delivered and was signed by me. No one called, no parcel was delivered and I certainly did not sign anything and I was at home all day. Reached out to customer service via email on Friday, no reply. Now I have to wait until Tuesday (bank holiday Monday) for them to get back to me. In the meantime my parcel (which is worth over 160 Euro) can be anywhere, stolen etc. Really not happy. I'll have to cancel my recurring order from the company that uses GLS as this issue happens way too often. It is just not worth it.
