Send package from ireland to czech republic send on 15 july Last update on tracking 19july that my package is in spain this company is full of useles contact them by fone 26july 3days after not update yet

Excellent service and communication. Delivered the day they said and the driver used the drop off agreed as I had an appointment and was not home at the time.

Received an email saying my parcel was delivered but NEVER reached me. Checked the website and claimed that I signed the package NOT delivered to my address!

John comes to collect from here every day and is courteous, prompt and has proven to be pragmatic in the face of challenges involving road closures and other issues

Even though the pickup took some time to happen John did a fantastic job and I would book it again. I hope the parcels will arrive safely at their intended destination.
