"Professional Prompt Service from GLS"

I ordered a product via the nominated vendor list for work. For ease of delivery and promptness the vendor used GLS - straight from the onset, I received up to date emails - the delivery person arrived directly to my Dept door, he was pleasant, Covid aware with his mask, Polite, and very approach. I totally applaud the speed and first class service I received and not only in my own management post, but also vendors deliveries, I will be using GLS as much as I. My parcel staying in parcel center is 4 days ago, still in center, check the tracking number every day, it always show(The parcel has reached the parcel center). I'm so disappointed!!

Every time a parcel or package ships with these lads it gets multiple scans in the same hub and never leaves it until I randomly get a new tracking number.

4 days now a package has been with them, still in their delivery hub, scanned every day to say its been received.

I'd avoid them like the plague if possible.

"Customer support won't email back"

Shocking. Parcel shipped 3 weeks ago and still says "in-transit" on the website. I've finally resolved to the fact that one of their drivers stole my package. I've used that bloody web from about 6 times, no reply. Tried ringing, on hold for 2 hours and then abruptly hung up on.

Edit: I don’t have a bloody case number! Nobody got back onto me, I can’t reply to your reply so I don’t even know if you’ll see this anyway, and you didn’t leave any external contact info! An office number might be nice.
