Should have known, getting the booking details was a fight and now I’ve had an email from ATOL saying they’ve gone bust and I now have to deal with trying to get a refund as I stupidly paid in full I hope they don’t pop up as another company only deceive more people, I booked a month before they declared themselves bust, why were they still taking bookings and money???

"Worst travel firm ever"
I’m not surprised this firm has gone bust. They gave us the worst experience ever when we booked a holiday with them 2 years ago. We thought we were booking through Mail Travel. It was one problem after another. I’m sad for people who have booked with them recently and hope their insurance or Atol will support claims.

Gone bust spoke on the 5th about our cruise it was showing on princess website we owed £10,453.80 I had already paid full to JETLINE they assured me it was ok they told me they only pay for the cruise when Princess ask for it in December the very next day 6th they went bust I am more mad it’s the first time I’ve gone via third party 16th cruise how dull am I 🤦🏼♀️. BAD COMPANY

Cruise cancellation notification received from Holland America, Jetline phone numbers do not connect, emails receive generic answer. Assume ceased trading.,

Don't book anything with Jetline Holidays. They have gone bust. They have taken £7,000 off us for a holiday that isn't going to happen.

Definitely gone into administration, spoke to director yesterday, ATOL can do nothing until advised by Jetline, princess holding cruise open for 1 week for us so if ATOL show they're gone, we can rebook everything knowing we'll get refunded

We are due to fly to New Orleans on Friday 7th March but have not received any travel documents and have been unable to contact them since last Friday when they promised we would have our documents by Monday ATOL cannot help as they are not a failed company yet

Our holiday including cruise, flights and hotels appear to has gone. Because Princess has cancelled the cruise. Totally unable to contact Jetline . Currently flights and hotels appear booked but they’re useless to us. ATOL can’t help as they say Jetline still trading because their website is live which is irrelevant. So we have no avenue to peruse.

Truly awful customer experience. They appear to have now gone bust as they are not contactable by phone or email. Go to a big name such as Trailfinders instead, or make arrangements directly yourself.

I have been contacted by the cruise line to say that Jetline have not paid them, even though we paid months ago, we have 48 hours to pay them or cancel, trouble is this was part of a large package and I don't know whether we have hotels, flights etc. ATOL has not yet been informed, so can't do anything on that side yet. We are due to travel in 4 weeks. Nobody answering phones, funny that because a week ago I couldn't get them off the phone offering me upgrades etc.
