arrogant unprofessional customer service replying to me through email and warning me that it's the last opptunity they gonna help me resolve an issue that i'm not part of it (simply there system recorded every installation process as an actual device rather than recording its actual mac address !!) i tried to look for the mac addresses through their website and didn't find it ! to see if it matched the devices i used periodically
Everything i talked about is recorded through screenshots and emails
even when trying to reach them through chatting (with human representitive) their chating AI bot blocked me !!
