Unterirdischer Produktsupport, ein offensichtlicher Materialfehler (Stoffabnutzung an der Öse nach 3 Monaten) wird ignoriert, für das 2. Thema, die "fachgerechte" Reparatur eine kleinen Risses 1cm (bei einer einlagigen Jacke) werden 140,- EUR veranschlagt, natürlich sendet man das Paket auf eigene Kosten in die Schweiz und für die Rücksendung zahlt man dann nochmal....

"Extrem schneller Versand"
Extrem schneller Versand, ebenso schnelle Verarbeitung einer Rückgabe(ich hatte zwei Jacken zum anprobieren bestellt). Die Jacke ist extrem leicht, passt gut und trägt sich sehr angenehm. Das neue PFAs-freie GoreTex-Material ist unglaublich wasserabweisend, der Regen perlt einfach ab.

My son purchased a shell ski jacket ($900), after one season the gortex repellent failed and the jacket absorbs water. We shipped it back and they declined the claim, said they would clean it as it had a couple stains, we received it back, still stained. Never purchase from the again!

"Worst experience"
Worst experience. Do not buy these coats! I had mine 2 weeks, spent a fortune and sat down at a soccer practice and got a one inch tear. I was told to drive downtown an hour to drop it off and then they called me to tell me weeks later to say they won’t be fixing it but would send a patch. The patch doesn’t even match the colour or fabric. I will never buy from this store ever again! Their jacket fabric is not designed for busy Mom’s or active people. Rip off!!!!

I have had 3 Arc’teryx jackets including the Beta. They are always so expensive and only the yellow ones go on sale. My zipper came apart on my Beta so I visited one store and they told me it would be 3-4 weeks but get this I had to take it to one of their other stores. I arrived at this other store and they had a zipper repair facility, but they still said that it would be 3 to 4 week. Then they said it was my fault that I hadn’t been cleaning the jacket properly and that’s why the zipper wasn’t working. Poor service considering the price of the jacket. I decided to buy a rain jacket made by Woods under $100 , it looks better, has the Velcro cuffs and very comfortable.
I will never buy Arc’teryx again very overpriced for just average equipment and then poor service.
Their time is coming that people are fed up with being ripped off

Customer service non existent when their garments fail. Ive sent in 4 service requests to attempt to get an expensive Gore Tex jacket repaired. They don't even reply. The automated email response instructs me to send in more infor/pictures however the emails just bounce back with an unknown address error. Online Forums seem full of similar experiences.

I don't understand why each year they make the boots smaller and smaller. There is a reason why a taller boot works better, it keeps the water from entering where the tongue joins the sides. This boots tounge flap is right below the cuff of a pant which drips into the gap which is you guessed it smaller than the old version. There's a visible hole or space where you can actually see your sock between the tounge and side of the boot. They also fit like women's shoes and are very narrow at the arch.

"Bad quality product and lousy service"
Sadly, my experience is almost identical to that of a previous reviewer: truly awful customer service and substandard product quality. The zip of a very expensive technical fleece jacket broke after just 10 days use. Instead of organising a free replacement as any normal web merchant would do, they insist on having the jacket sent to a repair centre and try to make the customer agree to possibly altering the appearance or performance of the item. So far 2 months after the zip broke, I still can't use my fleece bought at vast expense. Cannot recommend buying from them.

"Doch nicht so gut... Leider!"
Ich bekam zu Weihnachten meinen Wunsch erfüllt: die Atom Vest von Arc'teryx! Lange drauf gefreut und mega enttäuschend. Jetzt, nach einigen Wochen würde ich sie am liebsten zurückgeben. Ich wollte die Weste, weil sie leicht ist, super funktionsmaterial hat, elastisch an den Seiten und sie damit beste Klima- und Bewegungsverhältnisse bietet. Die Weste nehm ich zum Running und Hiking her. Das Material tut seinen Dienst, aber das Mega Ärgernis ist der Reisverschluss. Beim Running rutscht der Reisverschluss immer wieder nach unten, geht also auf, egal auf welcher Position man ihn hochgezogen hat. Damit ist die Weste alle 100m wieder offen. Ich laufe also 10km und bin 100mal am Reisverschluss hochziehen!!! Warum kann man da nicht einen qualitativ hochwertigen Reisverschluss anbringen? Nunja, ist ja "Made in Bangladesh", also low cost - high profit! Bei den Preisen ?!
Die Weste ziehe ich also nur noch drunter an. Sonst bleibt sie im Schrank. Mein Fazit: "Außer teuer sonst nix!"
