"Utek have not supported the warranty on the product I purchased"

I purchased a Princess 236028 Retro Kettle - Stainless Steel from Utek that arrived in March 2022. In early February the kettle went faulty. (The lid broke.) I contacted Utek about the fault. Utek told me to contact Princess (the manufacturer) directly. Princess told me the legal responsibility for the warranty was with the retailer and told me to go back to Utek. I went back to Utek and got no reply. I contacted Princess and Utek together by email and got no reply. I followed up and got no reply. I tried to use the "contact us" form on the Utek web site and got a submission error. I tried to use the chat bot but got no chat. Utek publish the telephone number 01484 950 489 on their web site for contact. I tried this number and received a number out of service message.
In short you are likely to get no after sales service from Utek if something goes wrong with the product you purchase.

AVOID THIS COMPANY & DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

CLAIMS TO HAVE PRODUCTS IN STOCK & ACTUALLY DON’T!!!!!!

I recently ordered an oven from this company at the cost of almost £300 as they were the only place I could find saying they have stock of them. A week after ordering I hadn’t even received so much as an order confirmation email, let alone confirmation of it being dispatched so emailed them and got no response. Then I tried to call several times and got no answer. Tried a few days later and someone finally did answer. They told me my order had been dispatched, but damaged in transit by the courier, so returned to Utek and as they had no more in stock would be refunded. The following day I noticed they had the next model up showing in stock on their website, so called to ask if they could send me that instead, but to my surprise said we don’t have any available, so knew I had now previously been lied too and clearly had neither model in stock in the first place, but we’re still happy to take my £300 and then not even do the right thing by cancelling my order right away. Apparently my refund will be with me in 3 days. It better be Utek or I'm reporting you to my bank and Trading Standards to get my money back from you. Cheers for totally messing up my kitchen being fitted! Not only have I now got to wait to get my money back from you scammers, I can’t afford to buy another oven until I do! ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY! I hope your happy with yourselves!

I found Utek appliances on line while I was looking for a new microwave. I found a microwave I liked on their web site and ordered it with standard postage, a couple of days later I received the Microwave, it was very well packaged and clearly marked as being fragile.

"I ordered 3 pair of AirPods as…"

Im not the type of the person to leave negative reviews but in this instance I had to. I ordered 3 pair of AirPods as Christmas presents to my family A MONTH prior to Christmas. On the website it said that the items were in stock and shipping was meant to be next day. 5 days go by, no shipping number, no items, no updates on the order no nothing. So I then contact them by email to enquire about the status of this order and only then they let me know that the AirPods were never actually in stock and they would’ve processed a refund that I should’ve received within 3-5 days. 5 days go by and I still haven’t received anything . I then open a case with PayPal to get this issue resolved and they did not even bother replying to them leading to me having to wait longer to get my money back. At the end I received my money back on the 18th December. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU DO BUY THROUGH PAYPAL.
