"Very impressive service"

My panels needed rewiring after a local guy connected them up incorrectly and Improveasy sent a team round the very next morning to fix it. They then also gave me compensation for the time that the panels had not been working on full strength. Very friendly team and always answered my texts promptly, even when on holiday.

Review for Dan (Engineer at Improveasy)

I write this review solely for Dan, an engineer at Improveasy, to express my heartfelt gratitude for his exceptional service and dedication.

Let me start off by saying I have three little ones, ages 3, 1, and 2 months old, so heating and water supply are extremely important in my household.

Around three weeks ago, we had a new boiler installed alongside a Google Nest thermostat and heat link by Dan at Improveasy. Everything worked faultlessly until today when the thermostat displayed a power error. Suddenly, everything seemed to have turned off—no boiler, no thermostat, no heat link. All the lights were off.

It was 8 pm in the evening, and after panicking, I decided to ring Dan on the off chance he might be able to help until the morning when the office officially opened.

Dan put us at ease and assured us it wasn't a major issue reaching out to him so late in the day. He was more than happy to support us in resolving the problem (mind you, it was 8 pm). He walked me through some troubleshooting steps, and within 10 minutes, my entire system was back up and running. This just shows that experts will be experts.

Honestly, Dan, I commend you massively for your kindness, knowledge, support, banter, and just appreciate you as a person. Thank you so much for not fobbing me off or telling me to wait until the office was open in the morning. My kids can have heating and a hot bath tonight, and that's all because of you.

This on top off the initial walkthrough, guidance and help setting up / after service which truly is second to none.

Thank you for being an amazing person. The world needs more people like you, and I hope Improveasy as a company holds you in as high regard as we do.

"I applied through Improveasy for help…"

I applied through Improveasy for help under the Eco4 Flex Boiler upgrade scheme. After a short time I was given appointment dates for assessment and survey which were kept. From this I was accepted and quickly had a new boiler and thermostat’s installed.
The heating engineer has done an excellent installation and explained the working of the boiler and thermostats. The whole procedure was first class.

"Aftercare service from day one appalling - do not use North West team"

Had a Daikin heat pump Boiler & solar panels fitted in March under the Gov ECO Scheme. Tidy, professional install but no booklet to refer to when wanting to change timing/temp/switch off... Lost pressure from day one which they are aware of. Not enough hot water as system loses 1-2 bar a day - they have found 2 small leaks but not rectified & not found source of huge pressure loss. Worried sick water is pooling under house. 4 months on & no response or help from Company. Do not use Cheshire/Manchester team.
